2. Cameron Kimble Cameron Kimble 6'4" | SG Clark | 2021 State NV 6’5 SG Clark 2021 (#11PHN 2021) (featured image) – He is one of the more efficient players in the state. He uses change of speeds and good explosion into his shot to create space to raise up and shoot the ball.
3. Drake Booker Drake Booker 6'2" | PG Foothills | 2021 State NV 6’2 PG Foothill 2021 (#14PHN 2021) – Has perhaps the most wiggle of anyone on the list. Good low crossover dribble combined with the explosion to raise up and get his shot off quickly.

8. Glenn Taylor Glenn Taylor 6'5" | SF AZ Compass Prep | 2021 State #162 Nation AZ 6’5 SF Cheyenne 2021 (#4PHN 2021) – Plays so slow he’s fast. He can create his shot in a variety of ways. Uses his first step, a good behind the back crossover, and ball screens to get off his shot.
9. Emanuel Austin Emanuel Austin 6'0" | SG Legacy | 2021 CA-S 6’0 SG Legacy 2021 (#22PHN 2021) – The best player at sticking his foot into the ground and going straight up. Has a quick first step and good crossover dribble.
10. Craig Comanche Craig Comanche 6'1" | CG Cheyenne | 2021 State NV 6’0 PG Centennial 2021 (#34PHN 2021) – Makes the list mainly for his use of one move. His right to left spin move is one of the most effective in the city.
