He holds offers from Gonzaga, Texas, North Carolina and Ohio State to name a few. Chet went viral when he attended the Steph Curry camp and put the moves on him that absolutely made everyone go out of their mind. Not to far behind him is 6’4 Jaden Hardy out Nevada who has bounce, range and next level play making ability. Jaden holds offers from Arizona, Michigan, Kentucky, Kansas and Oregon.
While there are plenty of talented players across the country it is always nice when Utah has players reach the National Rankings. Some players have ties to Utah or are home grown. Either way we take the time to acknowledge them.
#64 6’8 JB White – Santa Fe High School
JB is that prototypical wing player in college. He has a comparable frame and game to a player like Paul George of the Los Angeles Clippers. The Wing/Small Forward excels in the perimeter. While New Mexico doesn’t have a Prep Hoops Hub JB plays club basketball for notable Adidas member The Utah Prospects. JB averaged 20 points and 10 rebounds a game. JB is still considered a top prospect in the 2021 Class despite his intention to re-class and graduate this summer to attend University of New Mexico.
#107 6’11 Lawson Lovering- Cheyenne Central High School
Lawson is another player with ties to Utah as he also plays with The Utah Prospects. Lawson has committed to Colorado University and will play in the Pac-12. The 6’11 C is a player to watch because of his length and will to rebound and flush everything he can. With a developing outside jumper Lawson is a prospect that could absolutely increase his stock this off-season. Lawson’s weak-side help is elite. He is a rim protector and he alters shots. He can play in the half-court but he can also move and get up and down the court.
#150 6’8 Dallin Grant Dallin Grant 6'8" | SF Cedar City | 2021 State #212 Nation UT – Cedar City High School
Dallin is a SF that can play multiple positions. He has guard skills but doesn’t shy away from the paint of either end. He is a great decision maker that has a smooth game and a great feel for it as well. Dallin has a great motor and he continues to improve. Dallin has offers from Stanford, Utah and Southern Utah.
#178 6’5 Robbie Armbrester Robbie Armbrester 6'6" | SF Wasatch Academy | 2021 State #196 Nation UT – Wasatch Academy
Robbie is an athlete that looks good at the 2-3 spot. He is strong and physical inside which makes him difficult to defend because he can manhandle a guard in the post. He is a player that makes it look easy with multiple finishing moves using both hands. Robbie will attend Wasatch Academy for his senior year. With multiple Division 1 offers it shouldn’t take to long for the local schools to take notice and start offering as well.
