Nick Burke of Southwest Christian (6’6 PF). Burke was a 21 point per game scorer in JV games this year having sat out the varsity season after transferring from Prior Lake. Good face-up basketball player that can handle and shot from the arc, but also play around the basket.
David Gatlin of Prior Lake (6’4 SF). Gatlin played JV at Prior Lake this winter growing from a 6-foot-1 guard to being more of a wing. Will challenge for minutes next season.
Daniel Ijadimbola of Benilde-St. Margaret’s (6’3 SG). Daniel is a three level scorer that put up 9.5 points per game fiercely attacking defenses from each wing. This is a player that will challenge for scholarships in the future.
Mitchel Jaskowiak Mitchel Jaskowiak 6'4" | PF Glencoe-Silver Lake | 2022 State MN of Glencoe-Silver Lake (6’5 PF). If you look at the 18 points and nine rebounds a game you will think he’s a big. Mitchel plays that role for GSL as it’s needed, but he can also comfortably play on the arc knocking down shots and beating bigger players to the rim.
RJ Jioklow of Simley (6’2 PG). Ruot is a player that I believe is on the verge of big things. I love the comfort he has with the ball, and the patience he supplies as he dissects defenses. Averaged 13 plus points a game with 5-6 assists a contest this year and I think this is a player that could explode this summer and next winter.
Nathan Johnson Nathan Johnson 6'6" | C St. Thomas Academy | 2022 State MN of St. Thomas Academy (6’6 PF). Nathan is a skilled four man that can face-up to the rim and make plays. He can even score from the arc but he’s at his best touching the ball on the block and working on players that can’t move with his skill.
RJ Spencer RJ Spencer 6'3" | SG Totino-Grace | 2022 State MN of Totino-Grace (6’3 SG). Spencer had a solid year on the Eagles JV last year and now he will add depth to the Select roster of talented guards.
Brayden Williams Brayden Williams 6'3" | PG Owatonna | 2022 State MN of Owatonna (6’1 PG). Williams is actually a combo guard that handled the ball as a frosh and then moved over and played some two guard this year on varsity. How did that go? Williams was the second leading scorer on an up and coming Owatonna team scoring 14.1 points a game.
