Isaiah Marin (College Prep Academy) – Offered by the University of New Mexico and University of Illinois Chicago
An exciting week for Marin who just picked up two Division 1 offers. Marin is a guard who extremely underrated and has been flying under the radar. Marin is a crafty 6-foot-5 guard who is a great floor general and facilitator who can really push the ball but is poised enough to read the defense and make the correct plays. Marin has a great feel for the game on both ends of the court and has been very impressive during his time for College Prep Academy. Marin can really score the ball at all three levels while also being a lockdown defender and excellent rebounder. I would not be surprised if he picked up a few more offers before announcing his commitment.
Marquis Hargrove Marquis Hargrove 6'3" | SG Franklin | 2020 State CA-N (Franklin) – Committed to Arizona Western College
The Wildcats standout will be competing for a National JUCO. A player who is extremely versatile and athletic, Hargrove plays with a high motor on both ends of the court. The 6-foot-3 guard is fearless and can really score the ball, whether that in the paint or with his jump shot. A player who can crash the board and can really play solid defense. Hargrove is a player who has proven during countless occasions that he can play against top talent.
Tejon Sawyer (Salesian Prep) – Committed to Cal Baptist University
The big man will be playing at the Division 1 level for the Lancers. Sawyer is a strong presence in the paint and bullies the opposing defenders offensively, defensively and on the boards. A high IQ big who has great court vision and patience with the ball. The 6-foot-8 big has phenomenal footwork around the rim with a soft touch, making him very difficult to defend. A player who has continued to excel throughout his high school career.
Chris Chiles (Cosumnes Oaks) – Committed to Citrus College
The Wolfpack team captain will be competing at the JUCO level for the Owls. A player who is a junkyard type player, doing anything needed for the team to be successful. Chiles is a player who blossoms with his confidence and leadership, playing a big role for the Wolfpack. The 6-foot-2 guard scored 9 points, dishing 2.3 assists, grabbing nearly 3 rebounds to go along with nearly 2 steals. Chiles is a crafty guard who can really run an offense efficiently.
Desmond Winn (Sac Adventist) – Committed to American River College
Winn was instrumental for the successful Capitals squad. A strong scoring guard who can finish around the rim but is a threat with his jump shot as well. Winn ended his senior campaign with 22 points, 1.6 assists, 1.9 steals, and 6.4 rebounds. A guard who loves to crash the board and push the tempo. Winn has demonstrated his capabilities of being a double-double threat and when he gets in the zone, it is very difficult to stop him.
Jordan Lewis (College Prep Academy) – Committed to San Diego City College
The shifty left-handed guard is smooth with the ball in his hands. A player loves to put the ball on the floor and create opportunities for himself or his teammates. A guard who does not shy away from contact and loves to compete. Lewis is also a great catch and shoot player, especially from deep with his quick trigger and quick first step, it has the defense guessing a lot.
