Aiden Oliphant (Cottonwood)
Aiden is the typical player that went unnoticed probably because he played on a team that only won 3 games last season, but for a freshman Aiden put up some good numbers. He has good size for a freshman as he is listed at 6’4 with some strong moves and power as well. Aiden averaged 9 points and 5 rebounds last season and he could easily improve that this upcoming year. He could be a player that climbs up the rankings. He had 13 games in double-figures last season and he could increase that and add some double-double performances as well.
Joshua Speirs Joshua Speirs 6'2" | SG Uintah | 2022 State UT (Uintah)
Josh started the year off on a hot streak as he scored 24,26 and 23 in his first three games. He ended the year scoring 15 a game and only missed scoring in double figures 6 times all year. Josh had an 11 assist game and a 10 rebound game he does more than just score the basketball. Josh can really shoot from beyond the arc as well. He hit 40 three-pointers this past season.
Jaxson Workman (Murray)
Jaxson was able to come into his own throughout the season. Especially with his ability to hit the long range shot. The freshman CG hit 48 three-pointers this year for team that utilized it’s young underclassmen because they had a young team. Jaxson has high IQ and will be along range threat fro years to come at Murray. Although only being 5’10 he knows how to use his size and quick release to his advantage.
Yorgio Golesis Yorgio Golesis 5'10" | SG Skyline | 2023 State UT (Skyline)
YG is a player that showed some flashes of what we will see from him in the near future. He had two huge 20+ games scoring all over the court and not just casting it from the outside. He put up 7 points a game and with more time on the floor that number will increase.
Elijah Tolbert Elijah Tolbert 6'2" | PG Highland | 2022 State UT (Highland)
Elijah is another young player that might have been overlooked because his team also only won 3 games all year. He put up 13 points a game as a sophomore. He will have a lot of opportunities to increase his play making ability next year as one of the top performers coming back.
