Aidan Carnevale Aidan Carnevale 6'8" | PF Legend | 2022 State CO – Legend
Carnevale is not a player that got to play too much this season as he got adjusted to varsity speed, but we have seen him at events, and we feel that his future is bright. Carnevale is a 6’8 large body that moves exceptionally well, and is a paint presence that alters shots with his long arms, grabs rebounds, and also can finish in various ways. Carnevale establishes post position and finishes. When he can consistently finish and show off his soft touch around the rim while also getting more comfortable on the block is when he will take off. This is a year that he gets to showcase those skills while also getting better in every aspect. His size matters, and his team will need to utilize that. He has a high ceiling.
Trevea Bolden Trevea Bolden 6'7" | C FNE Warriors | 2022 State CO – Far Northeast Warriors
Bolden is a long slender and slender big that gets the best out of his 6’7 frame. Bolden was undoubtedly one of the tallest players in the entire conference despite being so young. While you can see his youth, there is also so much untapped potential there as well. He can protect the floor on one end and run and finish on the next. Bolden protects the rim well and eliminates second chance opportunities. His offensive game is still a work in progress, and he needs to add weight and strength to his frame, but he has the type of length that few in his class possess. He put up 6.6 points and five rebounds a game last season and jumps onto the rankings at the No. 52 spot but has a high ceiling.
Jackson Adams Jackson Adams 6'4" | PF Arapahoe | 2022 State CO – Arapahoe
Despite only being a sophomore, Adams was thrown into the fire and had to grow up quickly going through the fire that is the Centennial league. Adams is a multi-sport athlete that brings over that football toughness and challenges opposing bigs with his physicality. Adams is not a player who actively looked to score as he had reliable scorers around him but did small things that ensured he was on the floor such as setting a hard screen, keeping plays alive with his energy on the boards and also running the floor to open up lanes for himself and others. Adams averaged close to four boards a game and also that in points, next season, he will be placed in a situation where he has to do more so he will have to work extremely hard to progress on different parts of his game. He is at the No.59 spot for now.
Kaleb Mitchell Kaleb Mitchell 6'9" | C Denver Prep | 2022 AZ – Fountain Fort-Carson
Mitchell is the perfect complement to the big men that Fountain has and played well alongside them despite only being a sophomore. At 6’9, he has the length to alter plenty of shots and keep plays alive, but moving forward, it will have to be about how he can score on the post, block shots as well as have his way down low. Mitchell’s best games came in blowout wins. He now has to have that same kind of production in games that matter and show that he belongs. He averaged four points and four rebounds a game in a year where he was learning the ropes. With a summer of working on his body and polishing up on skills, he is a player that will undoubtedly rise the rankings list.
Aidan Miller Aidan Miller 6'7" | C Silver Creek | 2022 State CO – Silver Creek
Miller is a 6’6 sophomore big that got his feet wet this season. He only appeared in 16 games but got into a bit of a rhythm in the middle of the season, where he showed that he is a player to take seriously. Miller’s best game of the season came in a close win over Niwot, where he went 4-4 from the field for eight points. He also finished with six boards in that game and showed that when he gets going, he is a force. If he consistently puts up those types of numbers and also shows that he can defend multiple positions while being a paint beast and rim protector, then it is going to be tough to keep him off of the floor. He has plenty to prove this upcoming year.
