From your pure shooters to guys who are nightmares coming off pindown and staggered screens or those guys who are just unstoppable at attacking the basket.
This position has always had immense value on teams across all levels of college basketball, and in this release of “The Breakdown”, I show you some guys who really fit that mold.
Cameron Crawford Cameron Crawford 6'4" | SG Spain Park | 2021 State AL , 6’4 Spain Park: This kid is a nightmare coming off screens from the baseline. His ability to use screens to get to his scoring position is next level. He is very efficient in catch and shoot situations in transition, and does a good job of attacking the basket off the dribble. Potential high-level defender.

Jordan Chatman Jordan Chatman 6'4" | SG Center Point | 2021 State AL , 6’4 Center Point: A traditional shooting guard in every sense of the term. An explosive athlete that gets great elevation on his jump shot and is a lockdown perimeter defender. His length at the position allows him to guard multiple positions both inside and outside. A promising prospect.

Brandon Howard Brandon Howard 6'4" | SG Opelika | 2021 State AL , 6’4 Opelika: A big scoring guard with a smooth stroke off the catch or dibble. Crafty handle for his size with the ability to break defenders down off the dribble. He is an underrated playmaker with the ability to get his teammates involved.

Vincent Reeves Jr. Vincent Reeves Jr. 6'4" | SG Wenonah | 2021 State AL , 6’5 Wenonah: A long and bouncy scored who is a terror in the open court and when attacking the basket. He has good touch and elevation on his jump shot with the ability to really score off the bounce in the midrange. Runs like a deer in transition and has very good anticipation on the defensive end of the floor.

Devin Collins Devin Collins 6'2" | SG Tuscaloosa Co. | 2021 State AL , 6’2 Tuscaloosa Co.: A pure shooter with an effortless stroke. Does a very good job at using screens and getting his feet set to knock down shots behind the arc. His constant effort to get open is tough on any defender that has to chase him around for 4 quarters. does possess the ability to take over lead guard duties, but is most effective in knocking down shots.
