The 6”0 and under player has always had to prove himself in hoops. They have to play with confidence, poise and also be fearless and relentless. These guys have those qualities. But they can also score, be the coach on the floor, handle the ball and run a team. KAMREN DENHART 5”9 JR (2022) SEWANAKA H S A pure scorer. High basketball IQ. Good on the ball defender with quick hands. Excellent mid range game. Explosive first step that gets him to the basket or get off his own shot. Working on his long range shooting which showed this past season. Needs to get a little stronger. YOU YARWON 6”0 SR (2021) JERICHO H S Starting to show progress in his maturity after arriving from Korea. He is also putting the mental and physical parts of the game together. Really has improved in his overall game. He can flat out score either off the bounce or shooting it. An interesting player to keep tabs on, as he gains more experience. KYLE MARSHALL 5”8 JR (2022) ST DOMS H S Can score in a variety of ways. Excellent ball handler and passer, Plays within the game, does not get phased by anything. High basketball IQ. Needs to be a little more offensive minded. PHIL IANDOLI 6”0 SR (2021) CHAMINDE H S Considered the best shooter in the program. NBA range. Hard worker always looking to improve. Needs to get better at getting to the rim. JOSEPH ANDREW IADEVAIO 5”11 JR (2022) PLAINEDGE H S Really tough player. Very intense. Just wants to win. Does the things to get his team there. Really good from three. Getting into lane is something he needs to improve on. MARQUIS SAMUELS 5”11 JR (2022) EAST MEADOW H S Solid ball handler. Great court vision. Pass first type point guard. Will sacrifice his body on every possession. A really tough rebounder for his size especially in traffic. A little inconsistent in his shot. But gets the job done when he needs too.
