Over the last few months, the SoCal staff has updated its class rankings and provided tons of in-depth coverage on each of those lists. Now it’s time we combine all of the classes to come up with master list of the regions prospects regardless of class. In this piece we take a look at the best wing prospects the region has to offer from the classes of 2021, 2022 and 2023.
1. Peyton Watson

For those reasons, along with the fact that he’s a potent three-level scorer and has a defensive potential that is off the charts, makes him the best wing, and the best overall prospect, regardless of class in SoCal.

DJDudley6'4" | SFFairfax | 2022State#73Nation, 2022, Fairfax: Dudley showed a ton of improvement on both ends of the floor this season. His consistency as a jump shooter, combined with his size, length and athleticism makes us believe his long-term potential is up near the top of the state regardless of class. Dudley wreaked havoc defensively, as well, with his timing and anticipation.

Tre WhiteTreWhite6'5" | SFRibet Academy | 2022State#95Nation, 2022, Ribet Academy: White arrived in California late in the season, but his impact was felt heavily throughout the postseason. The 6-foot-5 wing has a polished all-around game, complete with fundamental footwork, versatile scoring, the ability to rebound at a high rate and push the break with his ball skills and vision.

Tyler Powell
TylerPowell6'5" | SFRibet Academy | 2021State#130Nation, 2021, Ribet Academy: Powell was Ribet’s glue-guy this season as his strong frame and fluid mobility allowed him to guard multiple positions defensively, while his downhill athleticism and body control helped him take advantage of transition opportunities with power finishes at the cup. Powell is another prospect who showed improvements with his perimeter shot.
