Zach Wygand Zach Wygand 6'2" | SG Woodstown | 2021 State NJ (2021) | Woodstown
Wygand led Woodstown in almost every statistical category this season. He was a dynamic scorer with 510 points and nearly picked three steals per game. He is a quick footed guard on the perimeter that can get in the passing lane. Woodstown won 23 games this season and they will be getting their No. 1 option back.
Jayson Miletta (2022) | Schalick
Schalick has a group of guards returning that can make some noise next season. Miletta is one of the guards in the Class of 2022 that will take the next step as a scorer and defender. He was near the top of the leaderboard in steals on Schalick. It will be interesting to see the growth heading into his junior year.
David Muntz (2021) | Pennsville
Muntz second leading scorer for Pennsville this season. With Zach Manorowitz graduating, Muntz will have more responsibility on the offensive end. He was also second on the team in steals. Muntz is a strong defender out on the perimeter that can make things difficult for opponents.
Myles Rodgers (2023) | Salem
Rodgers did not see extended action in year one but when he was on the floor, he showed promise on both ends. Salem is losing some key pieces from this team which means they will need some younger players to step up. This is where Rodgers could come in. He is a talented shot blocker that will only get better as the years go on.
Saijzhan Ortiz (2021) | Penns Grove
Penns Grove was extremely guard heavy during their 25 win season. Ortiz provided a spark in the paint and he did it on both ends. Ortiz was a strong rebounder that had great instincts and anticipation. This helped him get in the passing lane and block shots on the block.
