A team that continues to grow and improve every year, challenges themselves with a tough schedule in hopes of making a deep run into the playoffs. Since the arrival of Head Coach Tim Franklin, the RedHawks have made it through a rigorous California Pacific Conference schedule, putting themselves in a quality position of making it to the playoffs three years in a row. The RedHawks have done a great job adding bits and pieces to help them build the roster they need to make that even stronger run.
Aidan Falls Aidan Falls 6'1" | PG Ponderosa | 2020 State CA-N will be heading to Redding after prepping at Ponderosa HS. The lefty guard is a sniper. A blossomed leader who is a hard-nosed player on both ends of the court. Falls has really developed all aspects of his game and knows what it takes to win. A player who hopes to make an immediate impact when he steps foot on campus. Falls averaged nearly 19 points, 3 assists, and 4 rebounds while making 100 three-pointers, the most in the league this past season.
Mason Johnson is a junior college transfer from Moorpark College. The 6-foot-3 guard plays at a very high level and is an outstanding rebounder. A player who scored 19.2 points, dishing out 3.2 assists and grabbing nearly 9 rebounds, helping Moorpark with a successful season.
Daylon Potts is another junior college transfer but this time from Gavilan College. A resilient player who works hard on both ends of the court. Potts is a junkyard time player who will do anything to put his team in the best position to succeed. During his sophomore campaign, Potts averaged nearly 10 points, 6 assists, and 11 rebounds while holding a 43.9 field goal percentage.
Hassan Hughey is a Point Guard who comes from George Washington Prep. The 5-foot-9 Hughey is a quick guard who loves to put the ball on the floor and make things happen. A high IQ guard who has the quality court vision and can shoot the deep ball well. Hughey plays with a solid temp and knows how to really run the floor.
Another recruit who understands what it takes to win is James Williams. Williams is a very athletic player who flat out competes. A guard who plays with a high motor all game long on both ends of the court and will add even more toughest to the RedHawks roster.
