#141 Davis Sallee Davis Sallee 6'5" | SF USJ | 2021 State TN (University School of Jackson)
Tall shooter with consistent form. Needs more upper body strength. Davis’ junior year found him on the court more often. Tall shooters, especially one with Davis’ frame, will always have a chance if they keep developing.

#142 Dee Spates Dee Spates 5'9" | PG Warren County | 2021 State TN (Warren County)
Warren County defeated Grant Slatten Grant Slatten 6'5" | SG White County | 2021 State TN ‘s White County squad in the playoffs to win district. Coupled with the special play of CJ Taylor CJ Taylor 6'1" | CG Warren County | 2021 State TN , Dee Spates Dee Spates 5'9" | PG Warren County | 2021 State TN ‘ growth in 2019 was a huge reason for the success. Bull strong at 5-foot-9 and mentally tough. Spates is tough to rip and he doesn’t let his man relax. When defending, Spates is annoyingly close with active hands and sliding feet. Wonderful defender. All heart. District 6AAA Tournament Champion. We published a preview of Ooltewah/Warren County’s playoff game back in late February.
#143 Jaheim McDonald Jaheim McDonald 6'2" | PG Clarksville | 2021 State TN (Clarksville)
West Creek transfer to Clarksville High. McDonald’s shooting touch is probably his most bankable asset, if you don’t consider his height. At 6-foot-2+, McDonald is the ideal size for a college combo. Right now, his skills lend themselves to a catch-and-shoot shooting guard. He can finish in traffic, but his handle and the sharpness of his cuts needs work longterm. McDonald is a quick lead guard.
#144 Tarel McClurkin III Tarel McClurkin III 6'2" | PG Ooltewah | 2021 State TN (Ooltewah)
Tarel averaged approximately 15 ppg, 5 rpg, and 5 assists per game. Lateral mobility is vexing when considering the next level. He can improve one thing really easily. He has strong legs, but I want to see him have quicker feet. McClurkin III is clever at creating his own shot with the ball in his hands. He can pump-fake and then hit the outside jumper or put the ball on the deck. Good shoulder strength to keep his defender on his hip. In fact, Tarel could use his strength even more to keep trailing defenders at bay. Get the step on them and then cut them off with the body, “riding” them on your way to the rim.
McClurken III is a member of the National Honor Society.Owls battle to the final horn tonight but come up just a little short, 60-56 to Cleveland. Offense led by @TarelMcclurkin’s 25 , AJ Hyndman’s 13 and @PettyDeleon’s 12. Student section was incredible again!

#145 Jalyn Davis Jalyn Davis 5'10" | PG Clarkburg | 2021 State TN (Clarksburg)
Stat-stuffer at the point guard position. Jalyn Davis Jalyn Davis 5'10" | PG Clarkburg | 2021 State TN averaged 10 points per game, 3.2 rebounds per game, and 2.2 assists per game. Davis loves the game and is a strong high school player, but it must be said that his high school team lost way, way too many games this past season (19). Davis needs to tack on some muscle to improve his ability finish in traffic against bigger defenders. Efficiency is just ok. Active defender. Invested.
