The county has always had a player make it to the Division 1 level consistently. This group players has some big shoes to fill. Last season Dixie was able to send their center to a Division one school and so the legacy lives on with these talented players.
Isaac Finlinson Isaac Finlinson 6'6" | CG Dixie | 2021 State UT (Dixie)
Isaac has a sound game. His calm and collected style of play is impressive. He has length and great vision. At 6’4 he will be a nice prospect when it comes to the next level. He brings a lot more tan scoring to the game. His decision making and ability to share the basketball is u there as well.
Tyler Hiatt (Enterprise)
We wanted to give some of the small school players some love. Tyler plays in 2A but he is a solid athlete. His stats might not show how good he is because they don’t get called in. He is a double double machine that also dishes the ball and racks up the assist. He put up 14 points a game this ast season. Look for him to really turn it up this next season.
Keegan Munson Keegan Munson 6'6" | CG Desert Hills | 2021 State UT (Desert Hills)
One of those players that gets unnoticed at times because he does all the dirty work. He pulls down those tough rebounds and runs the floor setting solid screens that you never see on the stat sheet. With great size at 6’6 he could really spark his statistics this upcoming season.
Trei Rockhill (Crimson Cliffs)
One of those undersized guards that plays with a lot of speed. With a very open set that he plays in he could go from 43 three-pointers to 60 simply because he is allowed to shoot, make or miss. He hit a three-pointer in every game this past season but one. Trei is a solid player playing for a brand new high school that could be much improved this upcoming season.
Lyman Simmons Lyman Simmons 6'10" | PF RSL Academy | 2023 State UT (Snow Canyon)
The next best thing out in Washington County. Lyman can really run the floor. Having him commit to the weight room could really help his ability to bang with a few of the bigs in his region and across the state. Lyman is solid inside and continues to develop that mid-range game that will really help his pick n’ pop ability to keep the defense guessing.
