These are some of the best junior big men in the state.

Rylan BowensRylanBowens6'5" | PFCass Tech | 2022StateMI (Cass Tech): Bowens is a bit undersized at 6’5, but he has a nice mid-range game and has been expanding his range even further recently. He also has a quick jump, which allows him to block a lot of shots, and contest even more. His game reminds me of Isaiah Hicks, the North Carolina forward from a few years ago. The 6’5 big man might have to switch to the three or four at some point but he has a lot of potential. Bowens has an offer from Siena College.

Ethan DunnEthanDunn6'10" | CEast Lansing | 2022StateMI (East Lansing High School): Dunn is true center at 6’10 and he has high level footwork in the post. He is also able to finish through contact and has developed a number of different ways to score on the inside. The big man also sets hard screens and has become an even better passer. On the defensive side, Dunn uses his length and patience to pick up a lot of blocks and rebounds. He’s the #19 junior-to-be in Michigan.
