Here is our second part of underated players 6”4 and under on Long Island. This group will be looking at a bigger role for their clubs in the coming season. They all project as D3 players, or possibly depending on how well they develop D2.


A player still learning the game. But he has the important parts down. He can score around the rim and also shoots it well. Needs to still gain some experience. Was just short of a double-double last year averaging 8 ppg and 8 rebs a game.

NICK SVOLOS.   6”2.     SR (2021)      KINGS PARK H S

It's not often you get a high school player with international experience but you have it with Nick. He has played for Greece on their national team. Really can stroke the three. Has a decent handle. Working on his pull up, in the lane.

RONALD LAWRENCE.    6”3.     SR (2021)    CENTRAL ISLiP H S

Plays bigger than 6”3 on the defensive end. Has the ability to change shots. Very good rebounder and can block shots. Runs the floor really well.  Lacks
