COMMITMENTS
2020 Bishop Walsh wing Dwayne Koroma Dwayne Koroma 6'6" | SF Bishop Walsh | 2020 State #482 Nation MD pledged his commitment to Iona and new head coach Rick Pitino. Koroma, the no. 13 player in our MD/DC player rankings, was the last prospect in the top 20 who was undecided. The 6-foot-6 lefty wing is a capable shot-maker from three and an athletic finisher around the rim. Koroma is also an active rebounder and off-ball defender who should fare well in the MAAC.
2020 National Christian Academy wing Omar Koureissi committed to Dodge City Community College. At 6-foot-10, Koureissi should be an immediate impact with his size, skill set and versatility that will manufacture significant interest from Division I programs.
2020 Poly wing Ian Wallace Ian Wallace 6'5" | PF Baltimore Poly | 2020 State MD will attend Mt. Zion for a post-grad prep year. Wallace is a 6-foot-7 wing that can stretch the floor with an accurate three-point stroke. His length, size and strength should make him an immediate impact for a Mt. Zion program that has had success with post-grad prospects.
2021 St. Frances forward Julian Reese Julian Reese 6'8" | C St. Frances | 2021 State #109 Nation MD commits to Maryland. The 6-foot-9 forward brings an elite shot-blocking presence that any program could use. Reese has tremendous length and a high ceiling as the southpaw looks to develop into a productive big in the Big 10 Conference.
OFFERS
2020 Glenelg Country floor general Noah Charles Noah Charles 6'0" | PG Glenelg Country | 2020 State MD was offered by Chestnut Hill. Newly named head coach JJ Butler immediately extended the offer to Charles after being named head coach with their need to fill the point guard position. Don’t be surprised if Charles quickly commits, as this is his only offer to this point.
2021 Mt. Zion guard Anthony Lopez received an offer from New Hampshire. The 6-foot-4 guard will decided to go the post-grad prep route after standing out at Schoolhouse Prep in Miami.
2021 Highland School guard Angelo Brizzi Angelo Brizzi 6'3" | PG Highland School | 2021 State #216 Nation VA collected another high major offer, this time from Michigan. The 6-foot-3 lefty sharpshooter’s stock continues to steadily increase as more heavy hitters get involved.
2021 DeMatha guard Jordan Hawkins Jordan Hawkins 6'5" | SF DeMatha | 2021 State #41 Nation MD received offers from Creighton and Clemson. The 6-foot-5 sharpshooter holds offers from Connecticut, Georgetown, Louisville, Pittsburgh and Xavier among others.
2021 Bishop McNamara Terrence Butler Terrence Butler 6'7" | PF Bishop McNamara | 2021 State MD Jr. received an offer from Brown. Judging by the amount of interest Butler is getting from Ivy League programs it’s safe to say he does his job both on and off the floor. The 6-foot-7 wing/forward also holds offers from Drexel, James Madison, Mount St. Mary’s and Towson.
2021 Bez Mbeng Bez Mbeng 6'3" | CG Good Counsel | 2021 State #190 Nation MD added an offer from Towson. The 6-foot-2 combo guard has intriguing athleticism and versatility at the guard slot. Towson is Mbeng’s first CAA offer to date.
2021 St. Andrew’s Episcopal wing TJ Gadsden TJ Gadsden 6'6" | PF St. Andrew's | 2021 MD picked up an offer from Towson. Gadsden also holds offers from George Mason and Mount St. Mary’s. A 6-foot-7 wing/forward, Gadsden has decent length, an intriguing frame and a versatile skill set that his catching the eyes of many programs.
2022 Bullis guard Rodney Rice Rodney Rice 6'4" | CG DeMatha | 2022 State #89 Nation MD received an offer from Louisville. It’s the 6-foot-4 combo guard’s first offer of the spring and his 11th total. We’ve seen other DMV prospects get a Louisville offer and quickly be followed up with one or two other ACC programs. It wouldn’t shock me to see a similar theme with Rice.
2022 Gonzaga guard Judah Mintz received an offer from Florida. The 6-foot-2 guard adds to an already impressive offer list comprised of Georgetown, George Mason, Penn State and Wake Forrest. As more coaches dedicate time to watching film, it won’t take long for other big named programs to be enamored with his athleticism and explosiveness.

The 6-foot-2 guard now holds offers from Loyola (MD) and UMBC. Still one of the most underrated players in his class, Winborne led his team to the top of their division in the MIAA A Conference this past season by stuffing the stat sheet.
2022 Coolidge forward Stephaun Walker Stephaun Walker 6'7" | PF Coolidge | 2022 State MD was offered by Bryant. The 6-foot-7 rebounding machine has received five of his six total offers since March 1. His impressive sophomore season caught the eyes of many low-to-mid major programs.
