As they continue to grow and mature they will move up the charts. All are expected to take leadership roles and become one of the main options for their respective teams. College programs at the D3 and D2 levels should check in often and quick. Low D1 should monitor these players as they progress.
ALLEN FIORE. 6”1. JR (2022). EASTPORT SOUTH MANOR H S
He is a really good stand still shooter. He can drill it from three, with good range. Has the ability to get to the rim anytime he wants. Very quick with a good handle. Lacks a little confidence but with more and more responsibility coming his way he has started to develope it.
TOM PENDERGAST 6”3 JR (2022). BAYPORT BLUE POINT H S
Plays much bigger then his 6”3 frame. A long player. He is also very aggressive and uses that to score in many different ways. He can score at all three levels. He is a really good ball handler so a guard spot in college is something he could do if he got the opportunity at a low D1 or D2 program. Working on his quickness and athleticism.
MESSIAH COLLINS. 6”3. JR (2022). BRENTWOOD H S
Has a knack for finding the ball. He reads how it’s coming off rim and goes and gets it. Uses his length. A quick jumper who changes games with his energy. Really good at challenging shots. But can also shoot it on the offensive end. Needs to improve on his handle and scoring around the rim.
AZAYAH ROSS 6”2 JR (2022) PORTLEDGE H S
A slasher who gets to the rim. He can flush it. Can really sky. Lanky physical player .A tremendous defender. Is a stat stuffer. Needs to improve on his shooting . A lot of upside.
GERARD BEAUBRUN 6”3 JR (2022) BALDWIN H S
Flat out scorer. Extremely athletic player. Runs the floor really well. Continues to work on his jumper. A player to follow as he expands his role for the team.
