#1 Aden Holloway Aden Holloway 5'11" | PG Sussex Hamilton | 2023 #60 Nation CA-N | 5’11 G | Covenant Day
Holloway put up 18.0 ppg, 3.1 apg, 3.0 rpg and 1.6 spg for Covenant Day in his debut season. He had two games of 30+ points and seven games of 20+ points as a freshman, showing off his ability early as a volume scorer and playmaker. He can score it on all three levels but doesn’t force the envelope from the perimeter as the primary ballhandler. He’s due to make an impact in the HoopState across the next three seasons.
#2 Mekhi Grant Mekhi Grant 6'9" | C Word of God | 2023 State NC | 6’7 F | Combine Academy
Grant is another big man prospect to keep eyes on at Combine Academy. He’s a solid paint presence at 6-foot-7 that can rebound the basketball and bang down low already. As he learns to make an impact with his length on the defensive end every play, he’s a prospect that’s due for quite the leap in the Charlotte area.
#3 Trey Green Trey Green 5'10" | PG Link Academy | 2023 #69 Nation MO | 5’9 PG | Vance
Green had quite the stellar season on the public school side of things for Vance High School in 2019-20. He led the team in scoring with 14.8 ppg to go along with 3.2 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 1.5 steals per contest as they went 22-7 on the season and earned All-Conference honors. Green sees a big basket from behind the arc, he shot 44 percent from behind the arc on the year and made 72 total 3-pointers on the year. He makes up one of the top backcourts in the state already alongside Jaylen Curry Jaylen Curry 6'1" | PG Calvary Christian | 2023 State #109 Nation FL .
#4 Caleb Foster Caleb Foster 6'4" | CG Oak Hill Academy | 2023 #18 Nation VA | 6’4 G | Hickory Ridge
Foster is a guard already coming into his own at Hickory Ridge after making an appearance on varsity during his eight grade year in 2018-19. In 2019-20, he put up 16.6 ppg, 6.7 rpg, 4.3 apg and 1.7 spg for the Ragin’ Bulls as they went 21-6 on the year and 12-2 in conference play. He looks to come at the opponent in a variety ways with his unselfish skill set. With his length, he’s already a prospect with good potential.
#5 Bryce Cash Bryce Cash 6'5" | CG Carmel Christian | 2023 State NC | 6’2 PG | Charlotte Christian
Cash is a big point guard at 6-foot-3 that uses his size and frame well to make an impact on the floor. He averaged 11.3 ppg, 5.1 rpg, 3.2 apg and 1.3 spg for Charlotte Christian in his debut season in 2019-20. He’s a prospect that likes to get to the paint and wreak havoc for opponents on both ends. As his career is just beginning, he’s another floor general to keep tabs on.
#6 Jaylen Curry Jaylen Curry 6'1" | PG Calvary Christian | 2023 State #109 Nation FL | 6’0 G | Vance
Curry is another shifty guard on the wing to keep an eye on at Vance. He was the team’s leading assist man with 5.0 apg while still managing to produce 11.4 points per game as well. He’s capable of shooting the 3-ball just like Green, but he’s much more likely to get to the rim and finish in the paint. He also led the team in steals in 2019-20 with 76.
#7 Callum Richard Callum Richard 6'11" | C Gaston Day | 2023 State NC | 6’8 F | Gaston Day
Richard is an emerging big man with a nice feel for the game in the paint. He is a long and active presence in the paint that won’t hesitate to battle down low and block shots. Offensively, he uses his length to finish at the rim. As he gets stronger and develops over the next few seasons, he’s a forward that should have a high ceiling.
#8 Donovan Raymond Donovan Raymond 6'9" | C West Charlotte | 2023 State NC | 6’8 F/C | West Charlotte
Raymond is another prospect in the Charlotte area making waves for the West Charlotte Lions in the frontcourt. He put up 7.3 ppg, 5.0 rpg and 1.7 bpg in his debut season for the Lions, making his impact in the paint at 6-foot-8. As he learns to play with a motor on both ends, look out for him.
#9 Trey Horton Trey Horton 6'4" | SG Hough | 2023 State NC | 6’4 G/F | Davidson Day
Horton is prospect that’s coming into his own already as a versatile prospect. He’s a strong bodied forward already with the ability to knock it down from deep. He’s due to break out in 2020-21 as their primary scoring option with the departure of Jackson Threadgill Jackson Threadgill 6'5" | SG Davidson Day | 2020 State NC , who’s headed to UNC-Charlotte.
#10 Prashant Hill Prashant Hill 6'6" | SF DeMatha | 2023 State MD | 6’6 F | Cannon
Hill was a member of Cannon School’s NCISAA 4A State Championship squad. He’s a prospect that can play multiple spots on the wing and in the paint given his length and size at 6-foot-6. He’s due for a breakout 2020-21 campaign as he develops his all-around game on the perimeter.
