The City Rankings breakdown continues with a look at the top guards in the Charlotte area’s 2021 class. Here’s a look at how the Top 8 shapes up.

Hubbard saw his season hobbled a bit due to injury in 2019-20, but he’s still managed to be an asset in the Northside Christian backcourt. He’s an athletic shooter with bounce but also a knack for making plays for others. He’s due for a big senior season with offers already from UAB, Florida Atlantic and Samford.

Moss has seen his stock rise after Cannon School won the NCISAA 4A State Title behind the play of him and Jaden BradleyJadenBradley6'3" | PGIMG Academy | 2022State#9NationFL. He’s a pure sharpshooter at the guard spot that’s capable of putting it on the floor and getting to the rim or creating for others. He holds offers from UNC-Greensboro, Rider, Alcorn State, Samford, Buffalo and Houston Baptist with more room to grow as a prospect at the next level.
