#1 Chris Ford Chris Ford 6'5" | SF North Mecklenburg | 2021 State NC | 6’5 F/Wing | North Mecklenburg
Ford is a versatile prospect that worked wonders for North Mecklenburg in the frontcourt in 2019-20. He’s a strong forward that can operate on the perimeter and on the interior. He’s a pest on the glass and is an energy guy that competes on both ends. He holds offers from Davidson and Appalachian State and is drawing interest from a number of other college programs.
#2 Jacori Owens Jacori Owens 6'8" | C Combine Academy | 2021 State NC | 6’9 F/C | Combine Academy
Owens is an emerging forward prospect at Combine Academy due for a big 2020-21 season. He’s got nice length at 6-foot-9 that he uses well to protect the rim and rebound defensively. Offensively, he’s a threat in the pick-and-roll game and as he improves his agility, he’ll be a threat in the high-post area as well. He holds offers from UNC-Greensboro, Mount St. Mary’s, Elon and Youngstown State.
#3 Ben Burnham Ben Burnham 6'8" | SF Carmel Christian | 2021 State NC | 6’6 F | Carmel Christian
Burnham is an emerging forward with an athletic skill set that colleges are taking notice of. He’s recently earned offers from Mount St. Mary’s and Winthrop after dropping 15.1 ppg, 10.2 rpg and 2.2 bpg and eight double-doubles in 2019-20. He’ll be a breakout performer to watch in the Charlotte area in 2020-21.
#4 Omarion Bodrick Omarion Bodrick 6'9" | PF Donda Academy | 2022 State NC | 6’9 F/Wing | Combine Academy
Bodrick will be a name to watch at Combine Academy after starring in the Independence High School rotation in 2019-20. He produced 9.0 ppg, 7.4 rpg, 3.3 bpg, 1.8 spg and 1.6 apg as a lethal rim-protector and versatile threat on the wing. He’s due for a big boost at his new landing spot with offers already from Mount St. Mary’s, Winthrop, UNC-Greensboro and others.
#5 Joseph Ferrante Joseph Ferrante 6'8" | C South Mecklenburg | 2021 State NC | 6’8 F/C | South Mecklenburg
Ferrante is a 6-foot-8 forward that’s really come into his own as a rebounder and rim-protector in the South Mecklenburg rotation. He put up 12.7 ppg, 7.1 rpg and 2.2 bpg in the paint for the Sabres as their primary threat. He’s an under the radar prospect worth getting eyes on.
