These prospects didn’t carry the scoring load, but did contribute in other ways.
Logan Steuben 6’5 Post Inderkum (Sacramento CA)
Steuben is a good prospect with an upside to his game. He was very productive as a first year player on a young Inderkum team that’s returning it’s core group. Steuben’s an active low post defender with long arms and good movement. He changes shot and goes after blocks. He’s an okay rebounder. Offensively more skill work is needed, with improved footwork, and efficiency around the post he’ll raise his game.
Ains Fish 6’4 Forward, Redwood (Larkspur CA)
Fish is a prospect that has to be watched, with continued improvement he can develop into a solid prospect in NorCal C/O of 2023. He has a growing frame, and will likely add more muscle. He has a good understanding of the game and doesn’t make a lot of mistakes. He’s a versatile player who can be effective in the post or on the perimeter. He shows he can beat a defender off the dribble, 3pt scoring ability, and good movement along the perimeter and throughout a game. His scoring will pick up. A rising prospect.
Chris Naulls Chris Naulls 6'4" | PF Christopher | 2023 State CA-N 6’4 Forward Christopher (Gilroy CA)
Naulls is a solid body prospect who has good strength and a solid low base. He plays with a good amount of intensity, he’s an active and aware post player with good weak side help on penetrating guards. He does a good job sealing and boxing out. Naulls is a good ball receiver in the post, with big hands and a good touch. He gets good lift on his jump hook.
Landon Edmonds Landon Edmonds 6'6" | C Dougherty Valley | 2023 State CA-N 6’6 Forward,Dougherty Valley (San Ramon CA)
A Good sized prospect with some athleticism and a good understanding of the game. He has an improving skills set, with underrated ball handling skills. He works works well in the post with a good touch around the basket, difficult to contain at times. His size gives him good presence in the post on defense. Improved conditioning will bring instant rise to his game.
George Gale George Gale 6'4" | SF Branson | 2023 State CA-N 6’5 Wing, Branson (Ross CA)
A long slender confident prospect, Gale has good shooting form with a quick release often enters the game unnoticed until he knocks down a three. He moves well roaming the perimeter looking for an opportunity drive or shoot a 3. He’s a steady player off the bench who brings another scoring threat into the game down the stretch, he delivered key buckets down the stretch for his team. He made good efforts going after rebounds. He’ll have a bigger role on this team next season.
