Mahda Fallay 6’6 Forward Moreau Catholic HS, (Hayward CA)
Fallay brings leadership and experience to the court along with an improving skill set. The long armed, strong body prospect can defend taller players in the post and moves well enough to guard out on the perimeter. A good floor runner in transition. A rebounder who doesn’t mind mixing it up in the paint, he finishes well on the second chance putback. He has a solid game in the 12 foot range, and he attacks well from the baseline off the dribble. Expanding his shooting range, and more consistent scoring will see his stock rise.
Luke Harris 6’1 Combo Guard, Piedmont HS, (Piedmont CA)
Harris a NCS Scholar Athlete, he sports a 4.2 GPA in the classroom. He had a breakout season on the court averaging 18.6 ppg, earned 2nd team honors in WACL. A high IQ player, he plays under control, takes good care of the ball, has good court vision, and is an effective passer. His biggest contribution is his ability to knock down open 3’s on a consistent basis, if left open he’ll make it.
Elijah Carlton Elijah Carlton 5'10" | PG Newark Memorial | 2021 State CA-N 5’9 Point Guard, Newark Memorial HS (Newark CA)
Carlton a floor leader excellent at running half court sets, leading the fast break, he makes nice long strong passes up court. He gets the ball to the right players at the right time. He handles double teams effectively, he makes good entry passess to the post. He can get his own points off penetration, and pull up jumpers. He makes big shots in the crunch.
Jorren Edmonds 6’2 Guard, Washington HS, (Fremont CA)
Edmonds earned MVAL, All-League and was a major contributor to a team that hadn’t won the division title in years. A good all around player, he played every position except the low post, although he did operate well from the high post at times hitting jumpers and driving for points. He showed good court vision finding open players with kick out passes on the drive. He’s a good on ball defender, good footwork and hands always up. Helps with rebounding and leading the break in transition.
Ahmed Muhammad 6’0 Guard, Oakland Tech HS (Oakland CA)
An athletic speedy guard with a good first step to attack from the wings, he’s hard to contain in the open court. He gets good lift on his mid range jumper, and has a nice floater amongst other ways of scoring when he gets to the paint. He plays with good balance and changes speeds well. He has active hands and quick feet on the defensive side of the ball.
Garret Hill 5’10 Point Guard, Foothill HS, (Pleasanton CA)
A crafty point guard with good handles and speed in the open court, uses good court vision to find open players cutting to the basket or on the wings. Very clever on the drive often finishing with the opposite hand and foot to keep taller defenders off balance. A good spot up shooter in the corners.
