State
#2

WI
– Sussex Hamilton
If Baldwin fits anywhere on this list, it’s here. The forward looks effortless gliding from baseline to baseline, and despite a towering 6’10 frame, he weaves through tight gaps and stops on a dime for jumpers better than any other forward in the country.
Top Rebounder:
Brennan Timm

St. Johns Northwestern Military Academy | 2021
State
WI
– Saint John’s Northwest Military Academy:
Stats play in his favor as a 12 rebound per game player, but his skill goes beyond numbers. He’s smart where he positions himself after the shot, goes for boards with intent to grab the ball, and he also has the height (6’4”) and wingspan to rebound purely off physical talent.
Top Passer: Ban Nau – Brookfield Central:
The Phenom University product racked up experience with NBA-caliber prospects this summer, honing his point guard skills. His IQ stands out, as he makes reads and calculates his teammate’s movements at all times. In his junior year, he averaged 5.2 assists a game while running the most efficient offense in the state.
Two-Way:
Tyrese Hunter

WI
– Racine St. Catherines
Hunter does everything on both ends, which is why he’s pulling in offers from across the country. His passing on offense is often overlooked but could separate him once at the college level. On defense he is scrappy, quick with his lateral movement, and he also shows off his IQ with help defense and plays in the gaps.
Fastest Riser:
James Graham

Nicolet | 2021
#59
Nation
WI
– Nicolet:
Graham has steadily climbed the rankings through last summer and this season. The forward checks all the boxes physically, and a rapidly-improving jump shot will make him a versatile piece for college coaches.
Needs More Attention:
Antuan Nesbitt

Racine | 2021
State
WI
– The Prairie School
The junior has produced major numbers for his squad for two seasons in a row, and now that his physicality and finesse have started to work in tandem on the floor, his ceiling is rising. I could see the forward jump into the top 15 soon, and college interest should start getting serious.
Glue Guy:
Sam Kick

Kick
6'1" | PG
Onalaska | 2021
State
WI
– Onalaska
Kick played a complementary role this past summer and during the school season. This benefits him, as colleges can see how he could profile on their roster, but at the same time Kick has primary scorer potential. Next season he could be the leading scorer on Onalaska, where he’ll flash elite shooting and quickness at the guard spot.
Top Summer Player:
Cade Meyer

Monroe | 2021
State
#237
Nation
WI
– Monroe:
Meyer stepped up in a major way last summer, and this grassroots season could’ve been another step. His intangibles fit a grassroots playstyle, as freak athleticism, strength and a scorer mentality made him stand out on a star-studded Playground team. His ability to perform on this platform will likely draw more high-major attention.
