Players have been taking the opportunity to commit to programs as it seems as if their won’t be as much time to take visits and so on due to the Coronavirus. So let’s take a look at some of the prospects that have made some decisions as far as their recruitment.
Hoggard HS Guard Sabastian Haidera Sabastian Haidera 6'0" | PG Hoggard | 2020 State NC made his decision to commit to Central Carolina to take the JUCO route. Haidera can score the ball at a nice level but also is a player that will bring a competitive edge on a regular basis.
NC State signee Guard Josh Hall Josh Hall 6'9" | SF Moravian Prep | 2020 State #33 Nation NC will test the NBA draft waters but retain his college eligibility. Hall is the top player in the NC class of 2020 and is a top player nationally as well at the SG position.
Kinston HS Forward Jaquan Mosley will be headed to Greenville to become a Pitt CC Bulldog. Mosley brings a high motor, good rebounding skills and an upside that will have four year coaches dropping in to see him.
Northwood HS Forward Jalen McAfee-Marion has committed to Cape Fear Community College. He was a huge part of the success of Northwood this season as they were able to make a deep run in the playoffs making it the Regional Championship game. He has good size and versatility which should have 4 year programs keeping a close eye on him.
The Burlington School Guard Jadun Michael who had previously signed with Wichita State reopened his recruitment and is now staying close to home going to Elon University. It’s a big time pickup for Elon as he will be able to come in and have a early impact.
Kinston HS Guard Isaac Parson Isaac Parson 6'2" | PG Kinston | 2020 State NC is off the board as he made the decision to attend WSSU and compete in the CIAA. One of the best true PG’s in the area , Parson does a nice job of setting up teammates and converting difficult passes. This should be a great fit for him as WSSU is bringing back a good amount of scoring talent.
