I was treated to some brilliant shooting performances this past season in the state of Texas. We have entered an era of basketball in which just about every player is at least capable of making a three-point shot. That said, there will always be a select few whose shooting ability is on a different level, and I think these prospects fall into that category.

Here are five of the best shooters I saw this season:

I got to see him knock down four threes in Grand Prairie’s much-anticipated matchup vs. a tall and long DeSoto team late in the season. Ghostone is an efficient shooter who can shoot from numerous spots behind the arc.
