Sean Paige Sean Paige 6'8" | C Anderson | 2022 State IN (Willowbrook)
The 6’7” four man competed against an older and stronger Palatine front line when we saw him. Blocked several shots. Solid rebounder and defender with upside offensively. Showed physical tools that can be developed long term.
Brayden Pals (Effingham)
Pals is a new name that emerged on our radar with his play in January. The 6’5” power forward has some projectability and should continue to grow. Sealed for a score in the paint and had an and-1.
Khaje Branch (TF North)
Branch is a strong bodied five man with a wide frame at 6’8”. A bit slow, but moves pretty well for his size. The five man posted up very strong in the first half in their quarter final game at the Salem Invitational calling for the ball. He scored on a left handed hook shot and a dump off pass. Missed a few bunnies, but displayed solid footwork. Really like the potential here long term. Rebounded well in his area and played tough post defense.
Davontae Hall Davontae Hall 6'1" | PG Hyde Park | 2022 State IL (TF North)
Hall was the other sophomore that caught our attention for TF North. At 6’0” he is a speedy guard that got in the lane. His mid-range game was on point knocking down multiple pull ups.
Venson Newsom (Marion)
Sound perimeter shooter with a clean looking shot. The combo guard was able to get to the hoop on slippery drives displaying creativity with his handles. One to watch moving forward.
DJ Starr (Normal U-High)
Starr put his name on our radar with his play against Sacred Heart Griffin. The 5’10” point guard was tough scoring inside on and-1s and reverse layups. Showed creativity and toughness on his drives.
Bryce Moore (Carmel)
Moore is an interesting prospect because he has good size at 6’4” and plays with a pretty high activity level. He proved to be a quality wing rebounder.
