Lewis Cargeor Lewis Cargeor 6'6" | PF Osseo | 2022 State MN of Osseo (6’5 PF 2022). One thing that we have discovered over the last two weekends is that Osseo has even more potential talent that we were aware of. Lewis has good size of a forward and has made some agile plays that caught us off guard each of the last two weekends.
Tyson Dallas Tyson Dallas 6'2" | SG Robbinsdale Cooper | 2021 State MN of Robbinsdale Cooper (6’1 SG 2021). A slashing wing that put together a dozen point per game season and did it with activity. We saw Dallas a couple seasons ago and we are impressed at how refined he has become with each touch. Tyson should have a big senior year with half his baskets being in transition off Cooper defensive plays.
Logan Fahje Logan Fahje 6'0" | SF Pelican Rapids | 2021 State MN of Pelican Rapids (6’1 SG 2021). The way Fahje controlled his man on the dribble attack was rare, maybe even special. Logan led the Vikings in scoring this year and the way he scored off the spin, or off the attack after he got his man on his hip, these items show an intelligent player that has learned how to create scores with little amounts of space.
Jacob Holm of St. Louis Park (6’2 SG 2021). A shooter to keep in mind next season. Holm became more and more dependable through out the winter and against Minnehaha Academy Holm knocked out three treys.
Buom Jock Buom Jock 6'5" | SF Mankato West | 2022 VA of Mankato West (6’4 SG 2022). Buom Jock Buom Jock 6'5" | SF Mankato West | 2022 VA was the surprise of the weekend. This is a young man that moves at a different level than other players. His speed up the floor, quick bounce off the ground, ability to use his length to make plays on both ends, these are rare things. Buom plays with great energy and his first step was indefensible when the Scarlets played Hutch. Jock is a scholarship level talent athletically and if his skills grow – that step back was nasty – the sky is the limit.
Zachary Kuseske Zachary Kuseske 6'0" | PG Hutchinson | 2021 State MN of Hutchinson (6’0 PG 2021). Kuseske seemed to offer his team something at every turn of the game. He’s a strong rebounder from his guard spot and he scored 13 a game this winter. I was impressed with how Zachary pushed the ball up the floor mixing his speed to the other end with a really strong change of direction. There is a pop to him that could develop into a big senior season, and college basketball at some level.
Blake Rohrer Blake Rohrer 6'2" | SG Woodbury | 2022 State MN of Woodbury (6’0 PG 2022). Blake seems to have a gift of direction, leadership, and heady decision making at a young age. His approach seems to be that of a much older lead guard and Woodbury’s improvements this season had a lot to do with how Blake’s game progressed. Scored 3-4 baskets a game on average but impacted games even without being a scoring threat.
Jayden Rutherford of Pelican Rapids (5’9 PG 2021). A double figure scoring guard that packs a punch. Rutherford is a strong, compact attack minded player that uses his fight and position to hold off bigger players on one end, and go at bigger players the other way. Had 22 in the playoff win over Wadena-Deer Creek.
