1.) Bryce Griggs 6’2” PG | 2022 | Fort Bend Hightower
Bryce was the top prospect from Greater Houston this season with a phenomenal sophomore campaign. No matter who was put in front of him he outplayed them and came away as the victor. He is a well-known scorer mainly his deep ball game, but this season he took pride in showcasing his ability to guard the best player on the opposing team. Super high motor, crazy skill set, scores at an extremely high clip from all three levels on the court, and caught his first in-game dunk that had the gym going bananas.
2.) Ramon Walker Ramon Walker 6'6" | SF Shadow Creek | 2021 State #132 Nation TX 6’5” SG | 2021 | Alvin Shadow Creek
Ramon is a very polished scorer on the court. He has a nice smoothness to his game and is a problem for opponents. He is uber-athletic and won’t hesitate to put his opponent in the rim. Shoots great off the bounce with great elevation on his jumper and can score it at all three levels on the court. He has a solid frame and good physical attributes as well.
3.) Ja’Vier Francis Ja’Vier Francis 6'8" | PF Westbury Christian | 2020 #190 Nation FL 6’7” C | 2021 | Westbury Christian
Talk about a walking double-double. Ja’Vier (Jay-V-Air) is that prospect. He is a true rim protector and will send your shot into the stands. He had a total of 4 triple-double games this season. He is also a ferocious rebounder as well. Talk about a bouncy prospect he is one of the highest jumpers in the gym and springs up very quickly. He also has a tremendously long wingspan and will dunk it on you in a flash.
4.) Javon Jackson Javon Jackson 6'2" | PG C.E. King | 2021 State TX 6’1” PG | 2021 | Summer Creek
Javon is a great scorer on the floor. He can light you up from deep. Take his opponent off the dribble to the cup. Stop and pop on you from the mid-range. A true scorer on all levels. He is a score-first point guard that does have a nice court vision. Quick hands and great feet laterally defensively.
5.) Jonathan Massie Jonathan Massie 6'4" | SG Legacy School of Sports Science | 2021 State TX 6’3” SG | 2021 | St. Thomas Catholic
Jon Jon had a coming-out party season. He transferred in yo a new school and was put in a situation where he was the focal point and he answered that. Showed that he can control the entire team. He can create for his teammates and get buckets. He also guarded the best opposing player from the other team. He has some athleticism and plays with one speed.
