Milan Momcilovic – Pewaukee:
As the leading scorer (14.8 ppg) amongst a batch of rising underclassmen on Pewaukee, Momcilovic will surely be jostling for the top spot. His sheer size is his best weapon right now, but don’t let that fool you. Feathery shooting touch and perimeter savvy make him one of the more appealing high-potential freshmen in the state.

– Arrowhead:
Wrecke quickly emerged as the secondary scorer (11.4 ppg) on a top-ranked team in Wisconsin. Right now, he dabbles in a little bit of everything from shooting to defense to fast break jams. As a 6’4” freshman, that’s plenty to be excited about.
John Kinzinger – De Pere:
Kinzinger was the trigger-happy freshman leading a quartet of 40 percent three-point shooters on De Pere. Despite not being the athlete that some of his phenom peers are, he’s alone statistically, averaging 16.5 points a game (shooting at a 42 percent clip) and leading De Pere in rebounds and assists.

– Wisconsin Lutheran:
Young tallied 11 points a game on the season while climbing his school’s leaderboards as a passer. He’s a raw prospect but displayed tremendous game IQ and straight-line driving ability.

– Madison Memorial:
Blue is as decorated as freshmen come. With a college interest list spanning over 20 schools long and two offers coming before his first high school game, he is well-versed in recruiting already. Although he played JV for Sun Prairie this season, his length, basketball-sense and facilitating skills could put him atop the 2023 rankings.
Riley Brooks – Ripon:
Brooks is a tall, spindly shooter that’s lethal on the perimeter. He kicked off his career showing he’s primed to hover in the top of his class rankings by averaging 11.8 points and four rebounds per game.
Jordan Malmlov – Prescott:
Malmlov averaged 9.3 points per game as a sharpshooter freshman product. He’s not as strong of an athlete as some others, but he fills a role well early in his career.
Isaac Seidel – Newman Catholic:
Catholic struggled record-wise this season, but Seidel was a bright spot. The freshman stud averaged 10 points per game and boasted a few nice scoring stretches that raised eyebrows.
