This incredibly talented shot-blocker allows nothing easy in the paint. His elite defensive instincts have turned him into a true rim protector. When he’s in the game it feels like there’s an extra defender on the court. Addarin is a very productive threat on both ends of the court. He consistently beats the opposing players up the court and finishes fastbreaks with high flying plays. Offensively, he’s a dangerous pick & roll option with his ability to catch lobs and shoot the mid-range jumper. Ed’Xavior Rhodes Ed’Xavior Rhodes 6'9" | PF Dallas Skyline | 2021 State TX – Center/Power Forward – Skyline HS: 6’8 athletic lefty who can stretch the floor and be the defensive anchor for his team. Rhodes is a pretty well-rounded player; he can shoot, post up, rebound, and block shots. He’s an aggressive player with a high motor on both ends of the court who can outleap his opponents to snag rebounds on a consistent basis. He has a high offensive upside with his ability to put the ball on the floor and attack or pull up. This stretch big can shoot it from both mid and 3-point range, he’s even developing a good feel for when to post up or pop out and shoot, and If he gets the ball in the paint he’s a very tough player to keep from scoring. Anyone that watches Ed’Xavior Rhodes Ed’Xavior Rhodes 6'9" | PF Dallas Skyline | 2021 State TX can see the potential in him, and if he continues to improve he will be a quality player at the next level.
Walker Timme Walker Timme 6'5" | PF J.J. Pearce | 2021 State TX – Power Forward – JJ Pearce HS: Walker has this natural feel for the game that allows him to get the job done with the fundamentals. He may not be the most athletic player on the court, but he makes up for it with his high basketball IQ and ability to continuously outsmart defenders with his movement in the paint. He slashes and cuts through the lane looking for the ball where he then can finish in traffic or finish with some crafty layups from either hand. Timme can score and post up from both blocks; he has good touch on his turnaround hook shot and can hit it from anywhere in the low post. On defense he’s very disciplined, Timme knows when to stay on his feet and when to go for the block. Walker Timme Walker Timme 6'5" | PF J.J. Pearce | 2021 State TX is a tough player to deal with all game, it’s his post presence and understanding of the game that sets him apart from his opponents night after night.
Gannon Parker – Center/Power Forward – Richardson HS: This big man is 6’8 over 225 pounds and moves with grace. He’s a sturdy energetic player that plays his role with pride. Gannon uses his body to his advantage on the offensive end; he has the size to seal players off and the strength to overpower defenders to either score or get a rebound. He’s a beast on the offensive boards and usually comes up with putbacks. His teammates play with trust in him, they often look to dump the ball in his hands when driving the lane. There are various things Parker does that make him an important piece to his team, but his remarkable court vision at his position is one of his best traits; he makes all the right passes and always finds the cutter or the shooter. Gannon Parker is the type of player every team needs, he hustles for looses balls, battles for the rebound, and will sacrifice his body to get the win.
Connor Redrow Connor Redrow 6'10" | C Prestonwood Christian | 2021 State TX – Center – Prestonwood Christian Academy: A 7 footer with all the tools you want from your stretch big. He’s a walking double-double, he’s one of the best rebounders in the city, and he runs the court extremely well for his height. He’s an efficient shooter that can back down his opponent and finish over him or face up and shoot over him. Connor has very smooth and polished post moves with a mean turnaround jump shot; he’s pretty much automatic in the paint. When posting up, he has a strong base and once he’s in position he cannot be stopped. He takes his time and usually makes the right play; if you’re open or cutting to the basket he’ll get you the ball. Connor Redrow Connor Redrow 6'10" | C Prestonwood Christian | 2021 State TX is steadily getting better, he’s showing true potential as a rim protector and as an all-around offensive threat; He may be one of the most skilled frontcourt players in the class of 2021.
