There are a ton of talented players still left on the market around the country. In Florida, 2020 prospects are dealing with the issues that COVID-19 has brought to recruiting in terms of visits, commitments and more.

With that being said, the Sunshine State still has a lot of players being looked at by colleges and many of these kids are going to find homes sooner rather than later.

Here is a breakdown of some of the top prospects who should earn scholarships here in the downtime.

Jalen HaynesJalenHaynes6'8" | PFDillard | 2020State#327NationFL is a big man with a ton of reliable stretch play. At 6’8", he’s always active and his length hurts defenses near the cup. He is a core shot blocker and his ballhandling ability and mid-range touch are both better than most high school centers. Haynes averaged 18.4 PPG and 9.4 RPG as a senior, shooting 60 percent from the field. St. Bonaventure, Providence, UCF and FAU have all offered and stay in close contact with him. He is a leader and a very mature athlete who can come in and play heavy minutes from the jump.
