Liberty Christian Academy Junior Guard Daymon Beckwith Daymon Beckwith 6'1" | CG Liberty Christian | 2021 State NC : He’s earned the nickname “Big Game Dame” as he’s shown his ability to step in and show out when the big games come. A natural scorer, he averaged close to 20 PPG this season and increased his efficiency as well.
Dixon HS Senior Guard Everett Lewis: JDN Sports named him the Onslow County Player Of The Year not only because of his 20 Point a night average but also the way he was able to lead his team to their highest amount of wins in years. Eastern University fans should be excited with what he will bring to the table. He brings energy on both ends of the court, scoring ability and impressive athleticism.
Living Water Christian Senior Malachi Borders: Peace University picked up a terrific player in Mr. Borders, he’s a leader on the court and has a nice natural feel for the game. His ability to knock down shots from deep, attack the basket and facilitate are all attributes he brings to the table.
Richlands HS Senior Guard Branten Fountain: You probably haven’t heard of him before but his numbers speak volumes: 21 Points, 6 Rebounds & 3 Assist per game. He’s a crafty ballhandler that keeps his defender off balance and he’s shown the ability to be able to score the ball on all there levels.
Lejeune HS Junior Guard Jaylon Armstrong Jaylon Armstrong 5'10" | CG Lejuene | 2021 State NC : First and foremost he was one of the best rebounding guards in East NC without a doubt. For the season he averaged 16 Points & 14 Rebounds a night, providing much needed scoring/rebounding for a squad that was in search of leadership. He brings just as much effort on the defensive side of the ball as he does offensively, which helps to force turnovers.
