JJ Williams JJ Williams 6'5" | SF Highlands Ranch | 2023 State CO – ThunderRidge
Williams is a player that we somehow missed the first time around – not again. Williams is one of the most promising players in the entire class with a high ceiling and offers upside already. Williams dominated on JV and got a bit of burn for ThunderRidge’s varsity team. What you need to know is at 6’5 and still growing, Williams has one of the most fluid shooting strokes and can light it up from beyond the arc. Williams’ 3-point barrages have opened up the rest of his game for himself and teammates. He is a natural scorer that also can help out on the boards, put the ball on the floor, and finish at the rim. He is a balanced player that comes in at No.8. We think he will be a top-5 player for the rest of his high school career if he continues to progress.
David Hageman David Hageman 6'3" | PG Windsor | 2023 State CO – Windsor
Hageman was an intriguing freshman that lit it up on JV this year but also got his feet wet with a pretty good Windsor team, and that should count for something. Hageman offers good size as a freshman at 6’2, and the combo-guard shows a bit of everything. He is an athletic guard that gets out on the break and is a natural scorer and will surely be a player to watch moving forward. He comes in at No. 10 on our rankings.
Cole Records Cole Records 6'3" | SF Regis Jesuit | 2023 State CO – Regis
Records is a player to watch that has lit it up at some big times national camps and also played well on JV this season. Records is a bigger guard that can step out on the wing and shows a ton of upside around the basket. He penetrates the defense and lets off floaters as well as finishes with either hand. He can put the ball on the floor to break down the defense, shoot the 3-ball, and also possesses great footwork inside, which will be something to watch moving forward. He is the No. 21 player in the class.
Corbin Garver Corbin Garver 6'3" | CG Air Academy | 2023 State CO – St. Mary’s
St.Mary’s is one of the most interesting teams in the entire state, and it looks like it will remain that way as there are young players that can contribute. Garver was one of those young players, and he got to play in 10 games as a freshman whenever St. Mary’s was up big. In those blowouts, he showed a bit of what we can expect for years to come. Harver averaged 4.2 points a game and 2.5 rebounds in his limited time. He also revealed that he could do a bit more with his 6’1 frame. He blocked shots and even made a couple of 3-pointers as well. He’s No.25 for now.
Andrew Koclanes Andrew Koclanes 6'5" | CG Colorado Academy | 2023 State CO – Colorado Academy
Koclanes is a 6’3 forward for Colorado Academy that looks as if he will be a stretch-four for his high school career. Koclanes played in 16 games and was a player that crashed the boards and gave good energy off of the bench. Koclanes has a good feel for the game, knows where to be on the floor, and is a solid role player that scores and defends at a high level. Next season, he will have to add a bit more to his game and get stronger, and I have no doubt that he is a player to watch moving forward.
