There are players that may have been left off the list before that either should have been on it, or have earned there way on to the list now. Let’s take a look a few of these stars.
Kyle Hamlin Kyle Hamlin 6'2" | PG Hartland | 2021 State MI (PG, Hartland)
Hamlin had a breakout junior year. He showed the ability to run an offense with efficiency. Perhaps his biggest mark was his ability to consistently hit from beyond the arc. Hamlin averaged just under 15 points per game on the season.
Jason Jergens Jason Jergens 5'11" | PG Marcellus Howardsville Christian | 2021 State MI (PG, Marcellus Howardsville Christian)
Jergens is 4.0 GPA student, and it shows on the court. His intelligence off the court has certainly translated to a high basketball IQ. He’s a solid shooter with definite 3 point range. Jergens shows good shot selection, looking for opportunities when his team needs buckets.
Tay Jones (PG, Carrollton)
Jones has developed a niche in the game of basketball. He’s become a hustle and energy player that is willing to try to out grind every opponent. Jones can break down defenders and put up 20-30 points in any given game. He also has the ability to use his handles to create for his star teammates as well.
Luke Leto Luke Leto 6'3" | SF Portage Central | 2021 State MI (SF, Portage Central)
Leto put his name on the prospect map over the course of his junior season. He showed off a high percentage jumper from behind the arc making him a tough cover. Leto isn’t afraid to crash the boards and push the ball into transition directly off the glass.
Lowyind Pullen Lowyind Pullen 6'5" | C Homer | 2021 State MI (PF, Homer)
We will need to welcome Pullen to the world of ranked basketball prospects. He plays even bigger than his height, using his strength and toughness to secure rebounds. Pullen averaged a double-double in points and rebounds last season.
