#20 Devawn White Devawn White 6'4" | SF Carmel School | 2021 State VA | 6’4” | Carmel School (#60 Overall)
White is one of a number of transfers that joined Carmel School and helped them to the VISAA D3 semifinals this year. The Canadien wing has great positional size and plays with a good motor on both ends, using his size and athleticism to disrupt ball handlers and jump passing lanes. He rebounds well for his position, he gets downhill with the ball in his hands and he’s a guy who scores it in bunches.
#19 Donovan St. Juste Donovan St. Juste 6'4" | SF William Fleming | 2021 State VA | 6’4” | William Fleming (#58 Overall)
St. Juste is a very intriguing wing out of Roanoke with great physical and athletic tools and a budding skill set that continues to improve. He’s an exceptional athlete that plays above the rim and can have set plays run for him to catch lobs, he uses his athleticism to challenge shots and rebound and he’s a guy who can make shots from deep as well.
#18 Dana Woodley Dana Woodley 6'4" | SG John Marshall | 2021 State VA | 6’4” | John Marshall (#53 Overall)
Another exceptional athlete, Woodley joined John Marshall from Lee-Davis and was a big reason that they went on to win the VHSL Class 2 State Championship. He sprouted to about 6’4” over the summer and grew into his body becoming extremely bouncy, he’s a guy who can make shots from deep and he brings great energy with his ability to play above the rim on both ends.
#17 Kuron Coleman Kuron Coleman 6'4" | SG Woodside | 2021 State VA | 6’4” | Woodside (#51 Overall)
Coleman is quietly one of the best shooters in the 757 area and he has some great tools that should translate to the next level as well. He’s a smart player who knows the game and can play within multiple systems, he’s got good size and length as a shooter and should be a guy coaches look as a possible “3 and d” guy moving forward. He’s a guy who should be ready to have a big senior season and could be a gem for college coaches.
#16 Demetri Gardner Demetri Gardner 6'5" | SF John Handley | 2021 State VA | 6’5” | John Handley (#48 Overall)
Another hidden gem, Gardner may be the best prospect in the Winchester area and his junior year showed that as he was named First Team All Region and District POY after averaging 22.9 points and 8.8 rebounds per game. He’s a guy who can play on the wing but also isn’t afraid to mix it up inside, he has great size and he’s a guy who can knock down shots from deep as well. He’s a good ball handler for his size and he can initiate the break and make plays for himself and others.
#15 Andre Speight Andre Speight 6'3" | SG South County | 2021 State VA | 6’3” | South County (#43 Overall)
Speight was a First Team All State selection after helping South County to the Class 6 state championship and he’s a guy who still probably doesn’t get the credit he deserve. A lefty with good size on the wing, he’s a guy who can make shots from deep off the bounce and has a knack for finding ways to score. He’s great at creating space, he’s unselfish but can score efficiently and he’s a guy who comes up big down the stretch for his team.
#14 Justyn Fernandez Justyn Fernandez 6'4" | CG IMG Academy | 2022 #125 Nation VA | 6’4” | Monacan (#41 Overall)
There’s rumors that Fernandez is going to reclassify to the 2022 class and if he does so he should be a no brainer division one kid if he isn’t already. A 6’4” wing that can play on or off the basketball, he’s a guy who can handle it against pressure, make plays for others and he can use his size to make tough shots. He’s an athletic finisher around the rim and a guy who can shoot it from deep with good consistency as well.
#13 Mac MacDonald Mac MacDonald 6'3" | SG Collegiate | 2021 State VA | 6’3” | Collegiate (#39 Overall)
McDonals is a no brainer for high academic schools looking for a scoring guard as he goes to one of the best schools in Richmond and is a good student in the classroom and a dog on the basketball court. He’s been known for his shooting stroke in the past but he’s added more to his game as far as putting it on the deck and creating for himself since becoming the go-to option for them. He led the Prep League in scoring this season, and he’s got some surprising toughness as he’ll come at you and score it in bunches and let you know about it.
#12 Quentin Livingston Quentin Livingston 6'4" | SF Kings Fork | 2021 State VA | 6’4” | King’s Fork (#36 Overall)
An All State selection after helping King’s Fork to the state championship, Livingston was the utility guy who did a little bit of everything for his team throughout the season. He played multiple positions whether it was on the wing or in the post and he guards multiple positions as well, he rebounded well throughout the season and he made big shots for them throughout the playoffs as well. He averaged 15.9 points and 7 rebounds per game on the season.
#11 Ikechi Chantilou Ikechi Chantilou 6'3" | SF Life Christian | 2021 State VA | 6’4” | Life Christian Academy (#29 Overall)
Chantilou reclassified to the 2021 class after a successful three years at George Wythe and he had a great year being named First Team All State after helping LCA to the VISAA D3 state championship. A fluid and natural athlete, Chantilou is a guy who can get downhill and get in the lane where he has great hang time that allows him to finish through traffic. He’s a big time finisher above the rim, he improved throughout the year as an outside shooter and he’s a good and versatile defender as well.
