Zach Hicks Zach Hicks 6'7" | SF Camden Catholic | 2021 State #154 Nation NJ | Camden Catholic
It might seem strange to say that someone who scored 579 points and had 11 double-doubles has not reached his ceiling yet but that is true of Hicks. The junior dominated this season but this is only the beginning. At 6’7, Hicks is a player with length and athleticism that can be helpful at the next level. He has received three offers, including one from Temple, and that number will rise during his senior season.
Amar’e Marshall Amar’e Marshall 6'2" | PG Roselle Catholic | 2021 State NJ | Montclair Immaculate
Marshall will have a chance to become the No. 1 option for Montclair Immaculate next season with Zion Bethea Zion Bethea 6'3" | PG Montcalir Immaculate | 2020 State #393 Nation NJ graduating. He finished with 20 or more points 10 times this season including 31-point performance against Columbia. Marshall showed that he is an elite scorer who can get it done from anywhere and that will only go up as he becomes the catalyst with the ball in his hands at all times.
Justin Glover Justin Glover 6'2" | SG Hudson Catholic | 2021 State NJ | Hudson Catholic
Glover has picked up offers from Hartford and Stony Brook. Hudson Catholic is led by Zion Cruz Zion Cruz 6'4" | SG Patrick School | 2022 #26 Nation CA-S but Glover is a name to keep an eye on next season. He is a 6’2 guard who thrives at getting to the rim. He is a strong spot up shooter who must improve off the dribble. Glover can take the next step as a senior. On the defensive end, he is a pest who can frustrate opposing teams. Glover is an impressive prospect and will be a good get for one program.
Rayshawn Ford Rayshawn Ford 6'2" | SG St. Peter's Prep | 2021 State NJ | St. Peter’s Prep
Ford is someone who got better as the season went on. He turned into a dynamic scorer for St. Peter’s Prep. He and Class of 2022 star Mark Armstrong Mark Armstrong 6'2" | PG St. Peter's Prep | 2022 State #39 Nation NJ developed a great chemistry on the court and this was extremely beneficial to the squad. Ford can improve as a jump shooter but his ability to get to the rim is tops in the conference. Ford was a great game finisher because of his prowess from the free throw line.
Sam Fagan Sam Fagan 5'10" | PG Neptune | 2021 State NJ | Neptune
Fagan can be seen shooting from near half court in warm-ups and it does him a lot of good during games. Fagan had Neptune playing at a high-level in the postseason. He put up 40 points in a win over Somerville in the state sectional tournament that included six three’s and 12 made three throws. Fagan is an extremely underrated player around the state but he is known in the Shore Conference.
Zubair Lee Zubair Lee 6'5" | SF Eastern | 2021 State NJ | Eastern
Eastern had a two-headed monster with Lee and Noah Klinewski Noah Klinewski 6'2" | PG Eastern | 2020 State NJ . Lee will be the one returning for one more season and that will do him a lot of good. The 6’5 forward has a lanky build with extremely long arms. Lee is a tremendous leaper that can be seen skying for rebounds on both ends of the floor. He turned into a strong low post player and his abilities will grow as a senior.
Elijah Barlow Elijah Barlow 6'1" | CG St. Joe's Metuchen | 2021 State NJ | Union Catholic
Union Catholic was a surprise team this season and it began with Barlow. The 6’1 guard has a skill set that allows him to be a threat on the offensive end. Barlow can shoot off the dribble, get to the rim, and find his teammates in the best position to score. Union Catholic is a better team when Barlow is running point and controlling the offense.
