The Tri-County Conference was loaded this season. When looking through the teams, it is as if every single one had at least one star. Some of the best time was spent going team-by-team through this conference and finding the best players. After very careful decision making, here are the All-Conference selections selected by Prep Hoops.

First Team

Josh RandallJoshRandall6'6" | PFGloucester Tech | 2020StateNJ (2020) | Gloucester Tech: Randall was the most dominant player in the Tri-County Conference this season. The senior led Gloucester Tech to 16 wins with 21 points, 13.5 rebounds, and 4.5 blocks per game. He was a double-double machine who could score at will on the low block.

Gage AuslandGageAusland6'0" | PGSalem | 2020StateNJ (2020) | Salem: It was not the best season for Salem but it is impossible to ignore what Ausland got done on the court. He finished with 591 points this season and 21.9 per game. He set a season-high with 44 points in an early season win over Clayton.

Rob PetersenRobPetersen6'2" | SGPitman | 2021NJ (2020) | Pitman: Pitman finished the season with 21 wins and 13 conference wins. Petersen led the way with 16.9 points and 4.3 rebounds per game. He started out the season hot with six straight games of
