The Final Standings (with the NHR Prediction)

- Tartan (1)
- Hastings (5)
- South St. Paul (4)

The Review
At the Top – The top spot is simple, NSP won 15 of 16 games while Tartan won 13 of 16 because the Polars knocked off the Titans twice during the regular season. East team had one other league hiccup but the conference was decided by the NSP vs Tartan series inside of school district 622.
The Surprise – Hastings replacing Mahtomedi as the team with the many seniors that I thought would play a physical, tough team game and get third place. Hastings had a really nice core of seniors that won 12 of 16 league games and I thought the Zephyrs would be the team do do that.
What Happened? – How did NSP have the league edge (Tartan won the sectional contest)? Muhammed had 54 points in those two games combined while the Polars were able to completely limit two of the three Tartan top options in each of those two games.
