The 2019-2020 season highlighted all of the young basketball talent that Michigan has to offer. There were a lot of sophomores that stepped into big roles for their respective teams. Some of these players had "breakout seasons". This could mean a few different things. Maybe they improved a ton before or during the season, their name had been looked over in the past, or their role increased during the season. We will look at some Finalists and name our 2019-2020 Breakout Player Of The Year for the sophomore class.
