The History: Our program has been in existence since 2018 and has participated in Big Foot Tournaments in Las Vegas the past two summers winning the Las Vegas Classic 17U Gold in 2018 and the Las Vegas Liv 17U Gold 2019 Bracket.
2020 Goals? The goal for our program this year is to help give our players from Alaska more exposure and competition from various levels of play.
The Mission: To showcase Alaskan talent and opportunities in the further development of the program.
Why Prep Hoops: We chose the Prep Hoops Circuit because we wanted to give our players more options for exposure and was recommended by other coaches in our D1 family.
Team Strengths: The strength of our group is we are a select team of players from all across the state of Alaska and all classifications.
X-Factor Players:
2021 | 6’6 | Patrick McMahon | from Colony High School in Palmer. He is skilled in all aspects of the game, on offense & defense, the leading rebounder, and scorer on his prep team. He averages over 25 ppg and 8 rebounds.
Players to Watch:
2020 | Jalen Freeman | Valdez HS | team captain and leads in scoring and assists.
2020 | Brendon Matthews | Barrow HS | leading scorer and team captain.
2021 | Jeremiah Hersrud | Colony HS | team co-captain, PG, leading assists
2020 | 6’3 | Forward | Aiden Ivanoff | 2A player of the year 2019
Circuit Schedule: Bash in the Desert May 1-3, Rampage in Rip City May 22-24, and the Hustle Region Finals July 17-19
