There’s plenty of proven talent returning throughout Northeast Ohio next season after we saw a myriad of them breakout their sophomore year. Here are some of the top upcoming juniors to keep an eye out for heading into the 2020-21 high school basketball season. 

Zack Oddo, Green

Playing a significant role in the run Green had this season, Zack Oddo stepped up big throughout the year. The 6-foot-5 sophomore averaged 11 points per game, including a handful of games where he capitalized in big moments against teams like St. Vincent-St. Mary and Canton McKinley. He’s got good size and knows how to use it to his advantage and will look to play another key role in what should be a breakout junior year.

This past season, the 6-foot-3 guard averaged 14 points and came away with multiple games leading his team to a victory, not just scoring the ball. He was a player who would flirt with five rebounds and five assists per game for the Fighting Irish and is arguably the most complete player
