Sometimes viewed as a wild card, Cam Bryant Cam Bryant 6'8" | SF Dutchtown | 2020 State GA was an Ace in the state finals. Bryant showed everything he is capable of, producing 18 points in a variety of ways. Bryant had breath taking slams and hit two threes. Bryant’s mixture of athleticism, size and skill makes him one of the Southeast’s most intriguing unsigned seniors. He has a tough first step that covers a lot of ground and gets defenders behind him. Bryant has a quality mid-range game and the strength to finish all the way at the rim. Defensively he covers a lot of ground in Dutchtown’s 1-1-3 and 1-3-1 defenses.
2020 6-6 F Jamaine Mann Jamaine Mann 6'6" | PF Dutchtown | 2020 State #373 Nation GA – Dutchtown – Gardner-Webb
The powerful combo-forward pounded Cedar Shoals inside with 20 points and 12 rebounds going 7-10 from the field and 6-6 from the line. Mann is a physically strong and explosive leaper. Whenever he got the ball up close, he elevated over defenders for easy hoops. His guard skills have been slowly progressing each season along with his outside shot. With continued work, he will be able to be more effective on the perimeter in college. In high school, since Day 1, Mann has been a man amongst boys in the paint.

The prototype for a stretchy four-man, Quincy Canty Quincy Canty 6'6" | PF Core4 | 2020 State GA put up 17 points and 4 rebounds. Canty has always excelled with his jump shot and did so again in his final game knocking down three threes. His versatility offensively helps him expose mismatches when battling bigger posts. He is quick enough to attack off the dribble, strong enough to finish through contact and skilled enough to consistently hit mid-range jumpers. Canty had a tough test against Mann and Bryant but did all he could to keep the game close as he was the lone Jaguar in double figures. Expect Canty to be an All-Conference performer in the Peach Belt in due time.
2020 7-0 C Walker Kessler Walker Kessler 7'0" | PF Landmark Christian | 2020 State #17 Nation GA – Woodward Academy – UNC
All-American Walker Kessler Walker Kessler 7'0" | PF Landmark Christian | 2020 State #17 Nation GA wrapped up his high school career by capturing an elusive state title. Coming off of a poor Final 4 performance, Kessler regained focus and didn’t try to do too much against Cross Creek. He went 7-11 from the field to finish with 17 points, 8 rebounds, 3 assists and 5 blocks. Kessler refrained from falling in love with the outside shot and did a nice job of anchoring himself deep on the block to score hard-earned points.
2020 5-9 PG Michael Whitmore Michael Whitmore 5'9" | PG Woodward Academy | 2020 State GA – Woodward Academy
The unsung hero and longtime floor general for Woodward Academy played pest one last time as he set the tone defensively for the War Eagles. Whitmore stuffed the stat sheet with 13 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Whitmore’s quickness and hand-eye coordination led to deflections and steals to ignite Woodward’s transition offense. The War Eagles scored 20 points on fast breaks and 17 off turnovers. Whitmore possess all the covetable intangibles for a true point guard and will be a tremendous addition late for a college who isn’t afraid of his height.
2020 6-6 W Kobe Stewart Kobe Stewart 6'6" | SF Cross Creek | 2020 State GA – Cross Creek – Presbyterian
In his final game, Kobe Stewart Kobe Stewart 6'6" | SF Cross Creek | 2020 State GA put up 18 points, 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 block on 7-13 shooting. The skilled lefty is a talented driver with his best skill being his jump shot. He can pull-up from the mid-range or set up beyond the arc to hurt defenses. He plays above the rim and can swing momentum with his dunks. He has exceptional length that he uses to deflect passes. Stewart is a great find for the Presbyterian coaching staff.
2021 6-6 PF Corey Trotter Corey Trotter 6'6" | PF Cross Creek | 2021 State GA – Cross Creek
Corey Trotter Corey Trotter 6'6" | PF Cross Creek | 2021 State GA had the unenviable task of matching up with 7-foot Walker Kessler Walker Kessler 7'0" | PF Landmark Christian | 2020 State #17 Nation GA . The Razorbacks decided to go five-out as Trotter pulled Kessler out of the paint and attacked him off the dribble from the three-point line. Trotter hit two threes and finished with 8 points and 6 rebounds. He will need to trim up his body in the offseason but Trotter is an interesting prospect to keep an eye on. He has nimble feet for his size and a solid back-to-the-basket post up game. He can handle the ball on the perimeter in spurts and can occasionally create his own offense off the dribble. His soft touch from the outside gives him a well-rounded arsenal.
