Eric Dillinger, 6’4, F, 2022, Erie
A strong player in the first half for Erie who was looking to score and make plays with the ball against Sterling. Dillinger is a good-sized prospect at 6’4 and shows a lot of tools to work with. He will likely improve the more he plays.
Ashton Dowell, 6’0, G, 2022, Hoxie
A nice overall player who shows a lot of upside as a scorer. He is a young player but has a good feel for the floor and looks to compete wherever he can. He can create with his dribble and shoot swell and he takes solid shots and can connect from the corner three spot.
Jarmari Harris, 5’10, G, 2022, Hillsboro
A sophomore guard who makes plays and looks to get out and score quickly after the catch. He can connect from the free-throw line and is hungry around the basket but he’s unselfish and looks to make extra passes and play strong defense. He had nine points in the win over skyline and showed good hustle and potential.
Sam Hertzog, 6’0, G, 2022, Bishop Seabury
An up-and-coming player on the perimeter who has good speed and an eye for the ball. He has good size for the position and shows solid off ball mobility as a defender and offensive player. He comes up screens and looks fine open shots but is also good at staying on his opponents as a defender.
Matthew Potucek, 5’11, G, 2022, Hillsboro
Potucek led all scores in the matchup with 16 points and he looked confident with the ball in his hands. He’s a player on the rise in the sophomore class and shows good potential and the ability to make plays as a creator and facilitator. The team just runs well when he’s on the floor and he has the ball and is looking to contribute. An impressive youngster and a vital piece in their win over Skyline.
Brekyn Ratzlaff, 5’10, G, 2023, Hillsboro
another young player who has good speed and awareness. He runs the floor and looks to get up and make plays in transition but can attack with and without the ball. He’s also a good defender and showed versatility on the inside and solid speed for his age. He had eight points in the win over Skyline.
