The Nevada High School Basketball season is over, and what a season it was! Last Fall I wrote an article highlighting the players with the top skills that I’ve seen across the state. I have been fortunate to see a ton of players, and in Nevada, I’ve seen most of them more than once. In this article, PH takes a look at the players with the best skills I've seen this year.

Best Shooter: Noah Taitz 6’3 SG Bishop Gorman 2020 (#5PHN 2020) –  Taitz had this award in the preseason. He then missed nearly the entire season with an injury. He came back just in time to be wet in the State Tournament. He wins this award mostly on degree of difficulty, as the ability to take off an entire season and never miss a beat is pretty remarkable.

Best Athlete: Mwani Wilkinson 6’6 SF Bishop Gorman 2020 (#3PHN 2020) – Wilkinson was the preseason pick here and all he did this season is prove me right. Explosive athlete that is one of the best run
