Karter Thomas Karter Thomas 6'0" | PG Oshkosh West | 2020 State WI – Oshkosh West
Before his injury, Thomas was going to be a highly sought after Division 2 prospect that could have played his way to the mid-major level as well. Seeing him in action this season, Thomas appeared to be on track to alleviating any concerns about his comeback. The Oshkosh West product averaged 20.5 points per game in the Fox Valley Association.
A bigger, stronger floor general who can light it up from 3-point range and also use his size and power down on the block, Thomas is the No. 18 ranked player in Wisconsin’s 2020 class and the fourth-ranked point guard. He told Prep Hoops Wisconsin that he’s been hearing from North Dakota State, Missouri St. Louis, UW-Oshkosh, Loras College, and a handful of junior college programs.
Gerald Gittens Gerald Gittens 6'0" | PG St. John's Military Academy | 2020 State WI – SJNMA
Gittens picked up an offer from Minnesota-Crookston during his senior season. It’s still pretty criminal how quiet his recruitment as been, however. A top 25 prospect in the class with some Division 1 measurables, Gittens is a downhill lead guard who can explode to and above the rim. He’s a heckuva an athlete who drastically improved his jumper and feel for the game in traffic.
As a senior, Gittens posted 14.5 points and 7.7 assists per game, helping the Lancers reach the sectional finals and a 19-6 record overall. He told Prep Hoops Wisconsin that there were still a number of Division 2 and junior college programs still interested.
Colin Schaefer Colin Schaefer 6'0" | PG Olympus Prep | 2021 NJ – Sun Prairie
There was a reason why Schaefer was a first-team All-State pick by us this year. The senior guard was just absolutely cut-throat every time we watched him and showed takeover ability on the offensive end. Averaging 17.8 points per game this season, Schaefer led the Cardinals to a 17-7 overall record. A sweet and consistent mid-range shooter, Schaefer went to work off the dribble and toyed with guards all year long.

Schaefer holds a Division 2 scholarship offer from Northern Michigan and one from Bryant & Stratton. Bemidji State and Highland Community College are also involved at this time.
Josh Govek Josh Govek 5'11" | PG Sheboygan South | 2020 State WI – Sheboygan South
This kid kind of flew under the radar his whole career. We have Govek as the No. 38 ranked senior in the 2020 class. This season, he put up 23.2 points and 4.2 assists per game. A shifty lead guard with a lot of burst and make-you-miss ability in the open floor, Govek is a fast and fearless guard in a 5-foot-10 frame. He’s probably one of those guys that if he were 6-1/6-2, there would be schools lining out the door given his athletic ability.
At this time, Govek said he’s leaning towards attending school at Wisconsin, but is still open to playing basketball at the next level if the right opportunity comes along.
Isaiah Stewart Isaiah Stewart 5'10" | PG Madison LaFollette | 2020 State WI – Madison La Follette
Fit may come into play for a lot of programs, but we know this, Stewart can flat out play. The No. 47 ranked senior in Wisconsin, Stewart led La Follette to a Big Eight Championship and the Lancers were also surging to the state tournament before the season got canceled. A first-team All-State selection by the WBCA, Stewart averaged 15.0 points and 2.8 assists per game on a senior-laden team with plenty of college talent.

Stewart said he’s been in contact with both UW-Whitewater and Edgewood College this spring.
Jaylyn Kelly – Wauwatosa West
Kelly helped jumpstart one of the season’s most surprising runs in Wauwatosa West. The Trojans finished fourth in the Greater Metro Conference, arguably the toughest league in the state and were a game away from reaching the Kohl Center. As a senior, Kelly averaged 10.2 points and 3.4 assists per game. A terrific pull-up jump shooter with a long frame for a 6-foot guard, Kelly shot just under 38 percent from downtown.
Per his AAU program, Kelly is drawing interest from several Division 3 and junior college programs.
Jacob Hefle Jacob Hefle 6'1" | PG Germantown | 2020 State WI – Germantown
Hefle posted 12 points and nearly four assists per game as a senior. The stats don’t tell the whole story as he shot 52.9 percent from the field, including 44.8 percent from beyond the arc. A skilled, high-IQ playmaking guard, Hefle also had a near 4:1 assist-to-turnover ratio.
Hefle has a scholarship offer from Western Washington and could also run track there. He’s also generating plenty of interest from the in-state Division 3 programs as well as walk-on offers at the Division 2 level.
Jordan Majeed Jordan Majeed 5'11" | PG Beloit Turner | 2020 State WI – Beloit Turner
Majeed didn’t have the senior season many expected, but we’ve seen enough to know the talent is legit. Majeed averaged 15.0 points per game on a team that still went 21-4 and was set to play in the sectional finals. For frame of reference, Majeed put up nearly 19 ppg as a junior and is one of the most skilled and electrifying guards in the state when the ball is in his hands.

The No. 44 ranked player in the senior class, Majeed listed UW-Milwaukee and Northern Michigan as two schools showing interest. When AAU resumes, Majeed could play as an unsigned senior to try and generate more interest or go to the prep school route and reclassify to 2021.
Zach Mashlan Zach Mashlan 6'1" | PG Freedom | 2020 State WI – Freedom
This is a prospect that Division 3/NAIA programs should be coveting more. Perhaps doesn’t have all the ideal physical attributes, but Mashlan gets the game of basketball, knows how to win, and makes his teammates better. Mashlan led Freedom to a 20-4 record this season, averaging 18.2 points and four assists per game.
Mashlan is currently drawing interest from UW-Stevens Point, MSOE, and others this spring.
