West Brunswick Senior Guard Jadyn Parker Jadyn Parker 6'8" | PF West Brunswick | 2020 State NC : You won’t find many players that put together the production he did this season. The 6’9 Guard averaged 21 Points, 14 Rebounds and over 5 blocks per game, leading the Trojans to a 17-10 record over the year. He committed North Florida before the season began and should be a player that continues to progress as time goes on.
Pender HS Senior Guard Jajuan Carr Jajuan Carr 6'2" | PG Pender | 2020 State #324 Nation NC : Scoring the ball is something that he has shown he can do year after year and the accolades have come consistently. He’s the type of guard that you love to have as he can make plays for himself but has shown the ability to make plays for others as well. He has nice athletic ability and plenty of upside to his game that we can see him taking another step once he reaches the college level.
Pender HS Sophomore Wing Jakwon Moore Jakwon Moore 6'5" | SF New Life Christian | 2023 State NC : Once the season began he wasn’t on the radar of many, but that changed pretty quickly as he was highly productive throughout the year. 6’5 with a high motor, nice skillset and impressive athletic ability , it won’t be long before college coaches are giving him a call.
New Hanover HS Sophomore Guard Dee Barnett: One of the more underrated players in his class, he’s making his case to gain respect and recruitment over the next few years. He can play the game at a slow or fast pace , using his IQ to make the right plays at the right time.
Laney HS Senior Forward Demarcus McLaurin Demarcus McLaurin 6'4" | CG Laney | 2020 State NC : UNC-Pembroke picked up a nice overall player with good upside as well in McLaurin. His ability to play inside the paint as well as on the perimeter makes him a player that can be very valuable on the floor. Rebounding wise he is constantly working and using not only his height but proper positioning to pull down boards.
Hoggard HS Junior Guard Brady Rankin Brady Rankin 6'2" | CG Northwood Temple | 2021 State NC : He was one of the main contributors on his squad, providing just over 16 points a night for his team. Shooting the ball from beyond college range but also getting past defenders for buckets are all things you will see from him.
