A big-time scorer since Day 1, Kami Young Kami Young 6'2" | PG Pebblebrook | 2022 State GA powered the Eagles back into the postseason by averaging 21.3 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.8 steals. Young is one of the most trustworthy scorers and most important players in the 2022 class. He averaged over seven free throw attempts per game and got into the paint at will. Improving his three-point percentage (27%) will be the next step.

Up 42 spots, Zaylan Chaney Zaylan Chaney 6'7" | SF Legacy Early College | 2022 State SC burst onto the scene earning Bartow County Player of the Year after posting 14.7 points and 6.8 rebounds per game. Chaney drips with potential as his mixture of size and skill is rare to find. With the ability to play either forward position, Chaney is at his best when attacking the rim and getting downhill. He has some smoothness to his game getting to the basket using eurosteps to avoid defenders. Chaney can hit the occasional three when left open. Chaney has the raw tools to become a D-I player. He will need to give more consistent effort on defense to help him reach his true potential.

Henderson’s aggressiveness defensively and overall effort makes him standout. His lateral quickness and active hands lead to steals and transition opportunities. Henderson is a well-rounded offensive threat, able to score from all three levels.

Jaylon has a nice baseline jumper that he knocks down when playing power forward and has enough range to hit the three when playing on the perimeter. As his overall confidence and aggressiveness improves, Taylor’s game will take off.

McKie is a capable three-point shooter as well.

The engine that helped orchestrate the best season in school history, Quentin Alterman Quentin Alterman 5'11" | PG Galloway | 2022 State GA is a heady lead guard that understands how to get others involved while still finding spots to score his own. Alterman averaged 10.1 points, 4.2 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.6 steals per game. He’s good with the ball and is able to draw the defense’s attention when getting into the paint, leading to kick out opportunities. Alterman has a variety of finishes at the basket with either hand that helps him avoid shot blockers. Improving his three-point shot will help his arsenal.
