12. 6-8 PF [player_tooltip player_id="754255" first="Ian" last="Schieffelin"] – Grayson
Up from No. 16

Schieffelin took his game to the next level as a pick & pop big man that also can dominate defensively around the rim. His versatile inside-out skill-set has made him a popular target for Mid-Majors.

17. 6-11 C [player_tooltip player_id="754266" first="Ryan" last="Mutombo"] – Lovett
Up from No. 22

Named Class 3A's Most Improved Player going from 14-8-3 to 24 points, 12 rebounds and 3.7 blocks per game, Mutombo's breakout year has earned him High Major offers and a spot in the top 20.

19. 6-7 PF [player_tooltip player_id="869591" first="Quay" last="Primas"] – Central-Macon
Up from No. 42

[player_tooltip player_id="869591" first="Quay" last="Primas"] climbs 23 spots after a monster season saw him average 24.1 points and 14.6 rebounds per game. The Middle Georgia big man scores inside and out and does so with a mixture of physicality and finesse. Mercer and Presbyterian are his two lone D-I offers currently.

30. 6-4 SG [player_tooltip player_id="934248" first="James" last="White"] – Heritage-Conyers
Up from No. 45

In his first season at the varsity level, [player_tooltip player_id="934248" first="James" last="White"] won Class 6A Most Improved Player by dropping in 24.1 points per game. The prolific scorer checks in at No. 30, but its likely just a pitstop, not the final destination. Expect his stock to continue to soar.

32. 6-7 PF [player_tooltip player_id="754282" first="Devin" last="McGlockton"] – South Forsyth
Up from No. 37

Averaging 18 points and 10 rebounds per game, [player_tooltip player_id="754282" first="Devin" last="McGlockton"] led South Forsyth to the Sweet 16. McGlockton is a force on the low block with a variety of moves and is a top-notch rim protector with his long arms. Offensively, he's another skilled big that can stretch defenses out to the three-point line.

35. 6-6 PF [player_tooltip player_id="869640" first="Jordan" last="Mitchell"] – Shiloh
Up from No. 110

Skyrocketing up 75 spots is [player_tooltip player_id="869640" first="Jordan" last="Mitchell"]. The dual-sport standout shined inside for Shiloh as the Generals pieced together a 24-4 season. Mitchell is a quick leaper that stays active on the boards. He runs well and can catch and finish on the move out of pick-and-roll dives. Mitchell isn't flashy but he does the dirty work and does it well. Averaged 15.8 points, 10 rebounds and 2 assists.

77. 6-3 W [player_tooltip player_id="869638" first="Kevin" last="Taylor"] – Allatoona
Up from No. 108
