Kwaku Agyapong Kwaku Agyapong 6'8" | PF Middleburg | 2020 State VA | 6’9” | Middleburg (#54 Overall)
Another Canadien big man that came to the States, Agyapong is still a project on the offensive end but he can make an immediate impact at the next level as a rim protector and rim runner. He’s a guy who plays with a good motor and gets after it on both ends, he takes up a lot of space and he doesn’t need to score the basketball to be productive. He’s a guy who should continue to develop with time as well.
Kai Kueper | 6’9” | Middleburg (#57 Overall)
Kueper is a native of Germany that plays along Agyapong at Middleburg and compliments him well with is skill set. He’s a legit 6’9” and needs to fill out but he’s a perimeter oriented guy that can shoot the three ball and is an excellent passer as a big as well. He needs to work on being more physical and get stronger but he has a skill that many people his size do not have.
Eric Henderson Eric Henderson 6'7" | PF Olympus Prep | 2021 State NJ | 6’8” | Atlantic Shores (#64 Overall)
Henderson is a late bloomer at Shores and blossomed into a skilled big man that can do a little bit of everything. He’s a guy who can grab a rebound and start the break, he shoots it well out to the three-point line and he’s excellent in the midrange in face up situations. He’s an underrated athlete that can run the floor and finish in traffic as well.
Tristan How Tristan How 6'6" | PF Norfolk Collegiate | 2020 State VA | 6’6” | Norfolk Collegiate (#87 Overall)
How was one of the breakout guys in the 757 this year and someone I believe would be an excellent candidate for a prep year. The 6’6” big man blossomed physically, athletically and within his skill set over the past few years and has turned into a versatile walking mismatch at his size. He can put it on the deck against slower bigs, he can step out and stretch the floor to give his guards driving room and he’s a good athlete that can play above the rim as well.
Tywon McKenzie Tywon McKenzie 6'6" | C Churchland | 2020 State VA | 6’7” | Churchland (#89 Overall)
Another guy that would likely benefit from a post grad year, McKenzie is a blue collar big man that does the dirty work and gets it done on both ends. He’s extremely long and covers ground well on closeouts, he’s surprisingly bouncy with his big frame and he fights for 50-50 balls and rebounds with great intensity. If he can continue to work on his offensive game he’ll be a surprise big man moving forward.
Daniel Peterson Daniel Peterson 6'5" | PF Hayfield | 2020 State VA | 6’6” | Hayfield (#92 Overall)
Peterson is a unique kind of big man that can truly get it done both inside and outside on both ends. He has soft touch out to the three-point line, he can score with both hands in the post and he’s a fundamentally sound defender who walls up and can challenge shots against bigger post guys. He has a ton of D3s looking at him and with his high academics as well he’ll find a place that will love him.
Azaiyah Roberts Azaiyah Roberts 6'5" | PF Princess Anne | 2020 State VA | 6’5” | Princess Anne (#100 Overall)
Roberts is a two sport star that may have a bright future on the football field but should also be considered as a scholarship level basketball player as well. He’s a big and physical paint producer who can muscle his way past bigger guys in the post, but he also has touch out to behind the three-point line and can stretch the defense too. He’s a guy who plays with a high motor on both ends and is extremely productive in many ways.
Calvin Thomas Calvin Thomas 6'5" | PF Tallwood | 2020 State VA | 6’6” | Oscar Smith (#101 Overall)
Thomas has been seeing his recruitment pick up recently with multiple division two offers and his strength and motor will be something coaches like immediately. He isn’t the tallest guy but he plays good and fundamental defense in the post, he’s a work horse offensively and he has good footwork and soft touch. He’s the perfect undersized big that you’ll underestimate but he’ll give plenty of guys work in the paint.
Matt Cagle Matt Cagle 6'7" | C Cave Spring | 2020 State VA | 6’7” | Cave Spring (#107 Overall)
Cagle is a gem in the Roanoke area who was a big reason that Cave Spring was able to win the Class 3 State Championship this year. He was the perfect compliment to CNU commit and stretch big Parker Huffman Parker Huffman 6'8" | PF Cave Spring | 2020 State VA as Cagle wasn’t afraid to do the dirty work and knows his game and doesn’t stray much from it. He’s a workhorse on the glass, he runs the floor hard and he makes an impact on both ends of the floor.
