As we continue to take a look at different lists across the state, we take a look at some of the top combo guards in the 2021 class. Sometimes the term gets a bad rap as a kid who can't handle well enough to be a point or shoot well enough to be a two guard, but the truth about it is a good combo guard can be a great asset if he can truly play both guard positions. Many colleges are starting to look for them, and here's a look at nine guys in the junior class who are the best of the best when it comes to being a combo guard.

Mike Gray | 6’1” | Blue Ridge 2021

When you look up the definition of a combo guard it should come with a picture of Gray next to it. The 6’1” guard is a guy who handles it like a point guard and is able to create off the bounce, but he’s wired to score the basketball and does so in many different ways. He can flat out stroke it from deep so moving him off the ball doesn’t hurt him, but he’s also able
